Absolutely amazing work! I couldn’t be happier with how the wooden piece turned out. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality were excellent, and the finished product was even better than I imagined. It was part of a surprise for my husband, and he absolutely loved it!
Thank you for bringing my idea to life so beautifully. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality custom woodwork. Very talented and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects!

Falling apart
The boxes were not completely stapled/secured and 3 out of 6 were falling apart upon arrival. These were purchased for a wedding display and while I made it work- this was not the quality I had expected.

Every Carpenter Core order is handcrafted, carefully inspected before shipment, and includes instructions for contacting us directly if there are any concerns upon arrival. We were not made aware of this issue before these reviews were posted, so we didn't have the opportunity to help.
We've also reached out privately in hopes of learning more about what happened and to see whether there's anything we can do to make things right.
