Trading Signal Service
Many unfruitful promises regarding the gains to be made through trading signal service. Information supplied through the trading signal service can be readily accessed on the internet. It would be good to appoint an individual full time to run this service and not on a part time basis, as the responsibility of guiding someone with financial investments is a serious matter. Yes, I agree that he has the ability to select good projects that you need to invest in, but other than that he did not have the scope to realise that the risk with the bearish market was too high and not favorable to initiate any trading orders. Stop losses were hit majority of the time, with 9/10 trades closing in a negative margin. The instruction was even given that we should remove stop losses because he was under the impression that the bullish sentiment would return, sending portfolio into a negative spiral. The information that you pay for at Bitmart can be accessed freely if you know where to find it.

The person in our company who manages the Trade signals do it full time not Part time as he is employed by Bitmart.
We have no way of verifying that you did the trades as instructed and our records show only 9 negative trades out of 114 successful trades.
Stop losses are there to protect Capital if you did not initiate them as instructed your losses could be severe. Again we have no way of verifying this.
Furthermore, we are unable to locate your account info on our system for a signal service as you refuse to provide us the info. We did offer to review your trades and offer you a full money back guarantee if our trade signal and your trades indeed correlate and caused the losses which we highly doubt as over 40 other members of the group are still doing profitable trades.
Bear Market conditions are not favourable yes but there are still conservative trades that are possible and we disclose everything to our clients and the risks involved up front.
You are welcome to take us up on the refund offer as described above. We enter the same trades that we send out and we do our own analysis on signals, yes other groups may also figure it out or get them later but we tend to be first to market as we do our analysis and don't follow free signal groups that only use the masses to pump and dump coins - if this is something you want to try your hand at be warned they use the free members to pump a coin so the paid members get all the benefit, we don't do that and we don't have a free group that we use to manipulate the market with for the gain of a select few.

Excellent service and friendly staff just find products imported are excessively expensive on many of the imported items. up to 200 to 400% more than should I bring the items in my self and pay for courier and import duties.

Greetings Vernon. Thank you for the Reply - please understand that when we import an item as a company from overseas for say $1000 there has to be Courier and normally a power supply added, Duties / Import Tax and VAT added. Eg $1000 +$150 + $95 = $1245 then we need to normally buy bitcoin at an 8 to 14% premium to pay for the import goods as the suppliers only accept Crypto 9 out of 10 times. so $1245+14% =$1419.3 now that gets converted to ZAR @ say R12.79 =R18152.85 and then Customs Duties need to be added @ 16.4% = R21129.92 ok then there is normally an Admin fee by Fedex or DHL to clear the goods of around R200 to R300 that brings our new total cost to +-R21379.94 now we need to add our markup of 15% so take R21379.94 / 0.85 = R25152.84 and now we need to add 15% VAT because we are registered for VAT that then equates to R28925.77 ( Keeping in mind our capital is locked up for almost 2 months with the supplier as we wait for stock to arrive)
So out of the R28925.77 SARS made 31.4% and Bitmart only 15% the rest is capital goods cost, transport fees ect. So that's very far from simply converting $1000 to ZAR by multiplying it with R12.79 = R12790.00 - hope this helps.
