My account has been frozen because of a google authenticator problem. Bitmart is of no help, they don't respond, to my questions, and give directions that are useless. Unfortunately I may need to get legal help. Once I get my money out of bitmart--I'm gone for good--BITMART SUCKS

Attended the forex course this weekend
Attended the forex course this weekend, was very excited to try out what i have learned, Woke up early with a target of 0,5% to see if i can meet it, Took me 6 hours. Day one could not have gone better. Thanks bitmart team, if i was not hooked on trading before I am now!
UPDATE: Its been a few months now and trading almost full time now, rudner and the bitmart team has been very helpful and the learning has been ongoing. Thanks again for the great course it changed my life.

Lack of Feedback after sending an Antminer…
Zero Feedback after sending an Antminer in for repairs after a week, i have sent an email and still no feedback. I also had to pay upfront before sending it.

Hi Brett - Our Local Repair order on our site only charge you the basic labour and return courier costs when you book a repair. The reason our system works like this is we have had clients sending lots of miners to us and we do diagnostics and repairs and never get payment, we then cant recover the cost and time lost. Please ensure you print a copy of your order and put it in the box you are sending the miner in so we can ensure speedy responses.

Turned out great despite some apprehension
I was a little worried about getting a used GPU, but the price was too great to not take a chance.
The GPU looked as good as new and is running perfectly. I'm encouraging all my friends to grab one while available.
I had a frustrating experience with the expensive Courier used, tracking is not very detailed and after the parcel was rescheduled for the following day, was not loaded into the vehicle for whatever reason. After about 10 phone call attempts and no follow up I did manage to speak to the ops manage which was helpful and made sure I got the parcel that evening.
Overall I would still buy from Bitmart again.
