Fitted wrong parts
I brought my car in for an RAC 20 point check. I was advised that rear brakes (pads and discs) needed replacing and that the daytime running light on the passenger side wasn’t working. I received a quote for both jobs, which I accepted and the car was booked in. When I collected the car the running light still wasn’t working so I took it back and was told that they had replaced a wing mirror light in error. There was nothing wrong with wing mirror light. They then took the car back in and swapped in the old wing mirror light for the new one. They then quoted £825 to fix the daytime running light that was originally priced at £86. Unbelievable!

Terrible place told me I needed so much…
Terrible place told me I needed so much work it would cost £2300 for cambelt spark plugs etc yet they hadn’t even lifted the hood cause had they then they would have seen the belts had been done 10500 miles ago then charged me £229.28 for mot n full service when most of what they checked is covered by the mot place should be shut down

Trustworthy service.
My van initially went for an MOT last year and it failed. Brian and Dom took care of all the necessary repairs. Went down last week for the new MOT and it passed which proves the confidence of having good mechanics doing their job correctly. Caroline was helpful too throughout the whole process. I would recommend this vehicle service centre.

Booked an MOT only the day before. Given a time slot and told it would be ready within the hour. Absolutely cannot fault the communication or service. Friendly, informative and great value. Will definitely use again.
