This is my go to garage for mot's for both mine and the wifes cars all the staff smiley and helpful , probably one of the only garages I trust, thanks binley woods be back soon 👍

Apparently there is a 30 minute max stay in the carpark!!!

Car was initially in for clutch failure and MOT. The car failed the MOT on a few costly things which admittedly added time to the fix. Caroline was very helpful and stayed around in order for me to pick up the car (after opening). Clear communication each time I rang up, a miss ordering of parts meant my car was in for slightly longer than necessary. I think giving unrealistic collection dates on drop off is the only fault with the garage.

Kept me updated about my car, I told them the issue with my car and with no questions ask fix it. I had my Clutch done and they did have to keep my car till next morning but that wasn't an issue. Now my clutch is fix and I have no issues at all now. Reliable and extremely helpful. Receptionist is lovely as well.

I am a regular customer for services but my rear washer wasn't working and I was going past the garage on my way back from an appointment. Although they hadn't really got space for a couple of days, Caroline fitted me in at a very short notice of 40 minutes. They stripped it down, cleaned out a blockage and charged a reasonable price. Excellent customer service from Caroline who was very supportive of my needs. Many thanks, Jane D

Towed in because of clutch failure, contacted about 4 -5 hours later giving me information and cost of repair, was told it would be ready the following Monday.
Received call on Friday late in the day telling me car was ready to be collected, have agreed collection date as live about 100 miles away.
Very impressed with information about car whilst in their care, being updated regularly.

I am very disappointed with this garage, the lady booked me in the Tuesday when I bought the car Wednesday morning the same lady act like I didn’t book it anyway they took the car and they have the car for 3 days after I ring they told me what the problem was. After trying to find out what it would cost they going around and round then he told me it was pat fluid it needs also regen which would cost about £400 . I decided to take my car and do it myself which works great, all I spent was £120. Don’t trust these people.

I left my MOT until the last minute, and work commitments left me in a difficult spot. They came to the rescue with a MOT fast, no hassle MOT and a Pass. Thanks for all your help Zep.

The service was first class! Didn't over charge and were extremely helpful. I always worry as I don't know about cars but the staff were so helpful and didn't make me feel silly. Highly recommended

Had air con clean and re-gas completed on Range Rover Sport. Phoned in the morning booked in for lunchtime and completed in just over an hour. Good service and reasonable price so would recommend using in the future.

New catalytic converter fitted.

Really easy to book for full service, car was collected and delivered for free which was great and all done within a couple of hours, fantastic service and job well done, will be definitely be using them in future, highly recommended
