caught by surprise at the extra import cost!
I was caught by surprise at the extra cost of £55 for import. This is definitely not clear on the website which is bimago.co.uk and as a uk web address I didn't expect import duties. It could easily be made clear at the time of payment that there will be further import costs to allow the purchaser to make a decision and back out of the payment which in my case was an extra 34%.
I have seen the reply from Bimago. Their website is still misleading. They display a price that says with VAT so I assumed it included VAT. I have just checked with the Customs & Excise help at UPS and £43 of the £55 additional charge was for VAT. So it looks like I've been charged VAT in Poland and in the UK. This can't be right?

Due to Brexit, when importing to UK products from European Union that cost more than £135 additional costs will arise. These import fees are set up by your country government and have to be paid by the person who imports the product to UK (the buyer) to the UK's government.
On our shipment page ( https://www.bimago.co.uk/help/shipment ) we do inform: "In case of shipping to any country outside the EU, additional duties and other payments may be charged."
Also, when you placed the product into to cart, you did receive a warning that additional custom duties may be charged, to which you agreed by proceeding to checkout.

Pleased with the 5 panel screen. Well made and sturdy.
The £50 import tax was a bit of a choke. I was aware that there would be an import tax but you are only informed of the cost by the delivery company a couple of days before delivery. I know this is not the fault of Bimago.
Overall I would recommend Bimago for their screens and I would use the company again.

You can trust this company 100%. My room divider arrived damaged. Bimago took over dealing with the delivery company. Bimago saw the photos and agreed immediately to refund me.
They have been so helpful with their quick responses. A stress free experience. I will be reordering. I'm very impressed with their product and customer service. I wish more companies were like them. Excellent!!!

Shame you did not contact us before posting the feedback. Unfortunately there is no gold toner in our printers, so all 'gold' looking elements are a mix of yellow, beige and brown tones. We are sorry you are not satisfied with our product. But if you did not like the colours on the mural you could have returned it within 30 days from the date of receiving it, in order to get a full refund.

Unfortunately 2 of the pictures had worn through the colour print on 2 of the pictures (little white dot on corners)probably from rubbing in transit and sending them back wouldn’t really be worth it due to postage costs it’s a shame because otherwise I would probably have scored them 5 stars ⭐️ here’s a quick update after posting this review Bimago got in touch and offered me a discount refund which I accepted as the damaged was very minor and this seamed a good compromise so thank you to Bimago

Screen dividers are not fabric!
I was expecting the screen divider to be fabric (like cotton) and it is some kind of vinyl. The product is also not well made (bent in places). The reason I have given 3 stars is because shipping was fast and it was cheap in comparison to some other options. That said, I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known it wasn't fabric.

Shame you did not contact us regarding your order before you have posted the feedback. As it is stated on our page, we use non-woven fabric (fleece) to produce our room dividers. Fleece is a mixture of cellulose (paper) and synthetic fibres.

Love the 5 panel room divider, arrived with no damage. Delivery info could be more prominent when purchasing. UPS used, thought rather pricey but is customs charge too. £55.12.
