when i phoned was put through to the department i wanted within minutes. The girl who answered was most helpful in answering my questions, my policy was easy to set up

I had to contact Bikesure as they were the insurers for my late husbands motorbike , the staff have always been extremely efficient , polite and considerate . They issued a refund swiftly when I had to cancel the policy. All round an excellent service was received at a very difficult time for me .

Policy not due to start for a week and this joke of a company is threatening to cancel because they want you to download the app and sign in for whatever reason. Happy enough to talk on the phone and take your money but can’t phone or send you a letter if they forgot about something when you first pay them for a policy which isn’t starting for a few weeks

Customer service was terrible, I asked questions but didn’t get any answers I tried to contact you through your site using the contact us facility and got no reply? I had to source your customer service email myself from the internet and contact you that way and then you still couldn’t answer my questions. I had to ring you myself at my own cost to sort out an issue NOT impressed.
I am happy with my quote lets hope it was worth all the hard work on my behalf.

They answered the phone within a 1 minute. I think I spoke Imogen, she was brilliant throughout the call, answered all my questions with straight answers. She deserves some praise and a pay rise!

Price for renewal could be lower. Over past year didn't make any claims so didn't have to speak with anyone. Newer get any phone calls about renewal so pulling hand out to costumer's will be appreciated

Renewal easy. So 5*. However I was disappointed when I discovered that to insure a trike you had to have a car licence. THIS IS INCORRECT. Car drivers had the B1 category added to their licence. The B1 category is required to ride a trike up to a certain weight.My bike licence has B1 category on it as I passed in 1975, but I am unable to get insurance, therefore unable to get a trike.

Just no complaints.
