I’ve ordered a couple of times from BikeHPS and every time has been a really easy and satisfactory experience.
Queries answered promptly and very in depth - I had a query about a screen fitment to non standard fairings, Matthew found the external link to my fairings and confirmed the screen would fit so I was very comfortable going ahead. Excellent responses and service.
The only improvement I can see is the website being slightly confusing to navigate, but that’s clutching to find something negative to say!

BIKEHPS is an exceptional company. I have bought several items from this company over the years and always really impressed by the service they provide. Any pre or post purchase enquiries are answered promptly. Just ordered a screen deflector on Wednesday this week and arrived Thursday meaning dispatch and delivery match every other part of the excellent service they provide.

I recently bought an MRA windscreen, RO type, for naked motorcycles, for my BSA Gold Star, from HPS. The screen itself is super quality but it was a fair price and delivered extremely quickly, at a time I was notified of. I would not hesitate to use HPS again or recommend them to others.

Wanted to check screen was instock and the postage cost, so gave them a call. They were very helpful on the phone and had the order sorted in minutes. Screen arrived the next day. Great service.

Product shipped quickly and well packaged. Came with a nice brochure, too. The website checkout experience is quite outdated, which makes them feel a bit dodgy, but persevere through it and you’ll be fine.

Purchased a rear shock for my BMW airhead. The initial advice on the phone was comprehensive and led to receiving a unit specifically designed for my needs. The Nitron shock I ordered was of the highest quality, and received excellent after service when I had questions about fitted.

Just purchased a set of rear Nitron classic R1 shocks for my Triumph Speed Twin 1200, absolutely lovely shocks and great customer service.

Needed some new front pads for my Aprilia asap
Spoke to Giles, who sorted it all very quickly and efficiently.

I have just used Harwood Performance Source (HPS) for the first time to supply me with a new Nitron rear shock for my Ducati Monster. Having not bought an aftermarket shock before, I had many questions for Giles on how the shock would be tailored to me. I’m very happy to report that I was looked after from the initial phone call all the way through to receiving my lovely shock (which arrived earlier than expected). Giles is the consummate gentleman and this is reflected in his customer care. Even the packaging my shock arrived in was meticulously wrapped. I highly recommend HPS and would happily use again.

I have used these guys for things I couldn't get anywhere else and they have repeatedly been excellent and especially in communications on orders.
They have now been added to my fav list to use them more often.

I purchased a nitron shock absorber from hps for my suzuki motorcycle and from the start i ran into problems, it didnt not fit so had to be sent back to the factory ..then..on its return it wasnt working as it should & was sent back again, all this time Giles from HPS could not have been more helpful and in the end all the problems were fixed. Its nice to know that there is still some firms with great after sales service ..thank you HPS.

Outstanding customer service. So, I have an old but pristine bike, a 2000 ZX9R and I wanted a stock shaped windscreen. The only one I could find for sale in the world was MRA brand. I'm all the way over in the US and the shipping wasn't cheap but this is what I wanted. MRA was going to have to do a production run since they had none in stock. So, many weeks later, MRA makes some screens and ships one directly to me. However, it's the wrong screen and I have my yearly ride coming up shortly. I emailed HPS and they got right on resolving this immediately. To be clear, it was MRA not HPS that made the mistake. To make sure it got across the pond to me, HPS told MRA to ship it directly to them so they could pay for upgraded shipping. Wow, it arrived early. Thank you so much guys!!!

Superb service, if only all retailers were as good as these guys.
All of the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, especially Giles who went above and beyond to resolve dymag spacer issues in super quick time.
I highly recommend Hps and they will be my go to suppliers for my bike parts from now on.

I've been ordering occasionally from bikeHPS, but this time needed a set of BST carbon wheels for my drag bike. Since importing them from outside europe would be a lot more expensive due to import fees, I checked with Giles if they were able to source them for me - which was no problem at all. We made sure we had the right model/specs for my application and placed the order accordingly. Excellent service is what I can say! They even phoned me outside working hours to check if everything was sorted out. Thanks again guys.
