I unfortunately bought two pairs of Addias for my daughter’s birthday. I attempted to cancel my order but was told it was in the “process of shipping”. I received the items to find counterfeit labels. I attempted to reach the seller several times requesting a return label. I was told I had to pay the cost of shipping to Vietnam. I even tried to contact PayPal with no help. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Good shoes with good price
I got the shoes I ordered. They are comfortable. The customer service is also excellent - they are helpful in finding the perfect fit for me. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

BigProStore is a complete FAKE!
BigProStore is a complete FAKE!! They show all styles and sizing to be available, but as soon as you order it is “out of stock” and they want you to order a different style or size. If you do manage to get your shoes, they are completely FAKES!!!! So obvious if you just watch an online tutorial of how to spot a fake. If you request a refund from Nyugen Thi Lien Phuong, you will never get it!!!! Excuse after excuse!!! The Big Pro Store is a SCAM!!!!

This store is selling counterfeit Nike shoes…
This store is selling fake products online along with another website bigprosports.com. I bought a pair of Kobe Nike sneakers that were 100% counterfeit. My son wore them to school and was picked on for being fake. I immediately started researching and found the kids were right they were fake,. I didn't know this kind of thing existed. I reached out to these people to get a refund and they want me to send to Vietnam. It makes sense now because they use various addresses for the listings but everyone in the reviews that I found say their shipment arrived late like mine it''s because they are shipping them in from Vietnam and probably making them there illegally as well.The listing says Valhalla Spa Organics but when you click that link it leads to Big Pro Store

Ordered and paid for item - never arrive and no replies
Ordered and paid for item. Received confirmation email. No further info sent re: dispatch or tracking. No reply to multiple emails. Online chat, no reply. Items never arrived, months late. Site appears to target veterans, they should be ashamed of themselves.
