Haber Sneaker dort bestellt, leider zu kleine Größe. Möchte gerne umtauschen. Da die Sneaker aber aus Vietnam kommen (war vorher überhaupt nicht erkennbar, steht auch nirgends, dass sie von dort kommen) verursacht das hohe Kosten, auf denen ich sitzen bleibe. Zudem ist nicht mal gesichert, dass ich auch neue Sneaker bekomme. Möchte bei Bigprostore anrufen, geht aber nicht. Laut Netz sitzen die im Saalecenter in Halle. Da gibt es aber kein Bigprostore!!! Na, dass fängst ja gut an. Mailen kann ich. Ich bekomme von Bigprostore eine Mail zurück, dass ich Rabatt bekomme, wenn ich sie nicht zurückschicke. Nee!!! Bei euch nie wieder!!!!!

I’m not a worker of this website or anything like that. I’m from Spain and I ordered some Jordan 4s the 24th of december. I just received the shoes and they look real. The fact that this happened to me doesn’t mean that this page is legit, there are much people that didn’t receive their shoes. It worked with me, but I don’t trust this page a 100%. Be careful

J’ai demandé un retour soit disant les bureaux sont à Marseille, le colis est envoyé d’un entrepôt en Allemagne mais vous devez faire un retour au Vietnam à vos frais, qui fait ça ?
c’est écrit nulle part au moment de l’achat et j’étais encore dans mes délais de rétraction d’achat internet.
En sav ? Rien a part une proposition d’un bon d’achat de 30% pour un nvl achat. “lol”
Pas de remboursement possible, pas de justification sur l’authenticité du produit, plus de réponse du service client. bref des escrocs. A fuir

If I could give zero stars I would. They have charged my account and provided to product. This is fraud and I have started a claim with PayPal against this company. Please read and DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

I purchased a pair of shoes that we couldn’t find anywhere at the beginning of December as a Christmas present and the delivery date said it would arrive a week prior to Christmas. It’s currently January 9th and I still don’t even have tracking information and just keep getting the run around by customer support saying please allow another 3-5 days for the tracking. I asked for a refund and they continue to just tell me to wait. I will never use this company again.

Bigprostore are scammers. Yoh place an order they do NOT ship anything. If you chase the order they constantly fabricate an excuse but never send your ordered goods !

Fake site, don't pay for anything!
No traces or tracking to be found after paying an order on their site.
they'll take your money, they'll try to buy time in order for you to sit still and wait for, nothing... You'll never get anything.

Ich versuche, meine Erfahrungen ganz sachlich zu formulieren. Ich bestellte im Dezember 2024 ein paar Jordan-Sneakers bei, so war ich im Glauben, der holländischen Firma Walhalla. Als eine Bestätigungsemail von BigProStore kam, wunderte ich mich zwar, aber es schien alles seriös. Misstrauisch wurde ich erst als ich bei meiner Paypal-Abbuchung sah, dass das Geld an einen vietnamesischen Empfänger ging, was für mich ein No-Go war. Daraufhin recherchierte ich im Internet und las verheerende Rezensionen. Ich kontaktiere umgehend PayPal, eröffnete einen Fall und informierte BigProStore, obwohl mir bis dato kein Schaden entstanden war.
Gestern kamen die Schuhe mit DHL, in der bestellten Größe und in einem einwandfreiem Zustand.
Ich bleibe trotzdem dran, meine Fragen beantwortet zu bekommen.

The page is fake, they take your money and will never deliver the product, will send you a fake tracking number that never updates and they have an AI email response to all of your inquiries..fake page fake page. The USA needs to do something to block this company from making business here.

Commande passée le 23 décembre. Erreur de ma part je n’ai pas lu les avis sur le site avant… Le 27 décembre l’entreprise dépose un numéro de colis au sein de la société DHL, il faudra attendre le 7 janvier pour que la commande soit expédiée,donc OK : nous avons reçu des chaussures, mais un énorme doute sur l’authenticité. Je ne recommande pas trop…

Son productos falsos de china a precios desorbitados una auténtica estafa. Pedi unas Adidas Samba y son falsas imitación no valen ni 20€ una basura, aparte de que han tardado casi un mes, te fias porque se puede pagar con PayPal y luego te das cuenta de que es la cuenta de un Chino que te las envía desde Alemania pero son todos productos falsos. He abierto unas disputa con PayPal denunciando el engaño.

I received the package, the shoes are beautiful and great quality. Although the shipping time was a bit slow, I understand there were no better options during the holiday period. the support team was amazing with their prompt responses.

More than 2 weeks … still no delivery.

INTENTO comprar y recoger tienda (Alcobendas Madrid) y no da opción, desconfío y LLamo a un familiar en Madrid y no existe tal tienda en el CComercial .

It’s a shame how professional and with the help of PayPal to give one the thinking this is secure and safe.

It’s supposed to be a store in Madrid but when you check the address there’s no such store there.

Agreed with all other reviews. I have been charged, received a tracking number, and no movement on the package. It has been several weeks now, and they are completely ignoring emails and requests for updates on the product.

Thanks for your review. Wanted to order but paypal was not possible. So I searched for reason and found this reviews. Will not order now, for sure!

The rules of the site are simple: you can cancel an order up to 2 hours after payment, however, they ignore the cancellation and confirm the order. Then, if you received something, you cannot return the item because it was either on promotion or on sale and you can only exchange it for another or similar one, a Vietnamese trading scheme.
