I recently brought a 58" TV and the glass cabinet was not big enough or strong enough to hold the TV on. I didn't want to hang the TV on the wall and brought a new TV holder as an alternative. The weight of it including the TV was way too much, so I brought a sleek looking TV cabinet from the Big House Furniture. It makes the TV look like a huge, absolutely fantastic computer monitor, it also improves the TV-watching experience by 100%.

Do not use this company. I have been without a bed for four days after the delivery didn’t happen and left sleeping on the floor. They use XDP to deliver there items who they are quick to blame for not delivering. I will be contacting trading standards and watchdog. Disgraceful customer service. Consumers beware!

Terrible merchant. They started shipping 2 days earlier and the order was canceled on the day of delivery. They do not reply to messages. Unfortunately, I don’t know what the couch would have been like, but after that, I think it’s uncomfortable, crappy.

I'm very happy with the Ottoman Bed I received from Big Furniture Warehouse. It took longer than expected to assemble but once together it looks great, feels sturdy and works well.
Unfortunately I think this company is let down by their choice of courier (OPD) who delivered to a neighbour without carding me and despite me being in all day (I 100% know they never attempted delivery to my house). Then they only delivered 2 of 3 packages and finally there was considerable damage to the packaging (holes, footprints, signs of crushing) leading to some damage.
Luckily I can't fault the Big Furniture Warehouse Customer Service team. The chased OPD and got the missing parcel delivered to me the next day and then a couple of days later replacements for the damaged components turned up. All in all I'm happy. If only they could re-think their choice of courier.

Great company, please to deal with even when things don’t go right. Offered every opportunity to fix things for me however were let down by their delivery company. I would however recommend them.
