anschließen. Ich habe 270 Spiele gekauft und komme nicht mehr in den Game Manager rein. Immer wieder zeigt er mir die Fehlermeldung, meine Email Adresse ist nicht korrekt. Absoluter Schwachsinn!!! Seit Tagen geht es mit dem technischen Support hin und her, aber nichts funktioniert. Auch ein neues Konto, was ich zum Test angelegt habe, funktioniert nicht. Ich bin ebenfalls stinksauer. Denn 270 Spiele sind eine Menge Geld!!!

Ich habe in der Vergangenheit viele App Spiele gekauft und kann sie jetzt alle nicht mehr freischalten, weil angeblich kein Kauf stattgefunden hat. Der Kundendienst kann oder will mich nicht verstehen. Es gibt dort auch keinen deutschsprachigen Mitarbeiter, aber der Übersetzer an mich funktioniert immer sehr gut…Ich habe es mehrfach versucht zu erklären, ohne Erfolg. Leider habe ich die ganzen Mail Bestätigungen zu einem in-App Kauf nicht aufgehoben, da der letzte Kauf auch schon mindestens 2 Jahre her ist. Ich habe nicht geahnt, dass das mal so kommt.

Keine Meldung auf technische Anfrage. Spiele laufen alle aus. Obwohl es gekaufte Spiele sind geht nichts mehr. Absoluter schlechter Service. Da war man jahrelang Mitglied und jetzt das. Absolute Frechheit.

Big fish jackpot magic and big fish casino scam. Have accounts in both versions. They ran a birthday event this month spin 5,000 times at a set min bet and win 75B and 7.5B respectively. Of course they don’t offer a spins counter for you to track your spins. So I manually counted and screen shot my spins. Both systems of proof denied by big fish. Instead they reply after extensive research we can verify you made the required spins to win. 4.5 days and manually counting with an extra 200 spins for good measure… but nope we decided you didn’t do it. What a scam company / I guess the 9B coins I lost doing the spinning never happened either??? I also spent $50 just prior on the flash sale 4.6B for $50. They took that too! Stay away - delete it if you have it.

Yes, safe to download, hundreds of games and, once you buy a game you are told you own the game forever...yeah, OK, true, EXCEPT I have found that many of the older games will not function on Windows 10 or 11 now. When I complain to Big Fish Tech support they blithely tell me it is due to my bad computer and offer to replace it with any new game I choose. I have proven they don't work on any computer, told them so but they will not acknowledge that. Game replacement seems fine EXCEPT, since the Covid recovery, the quality of the games has deteriorated considerably and do not compare with the old classics like 13 Skull or the original Ravenhurst. The offer also belies the comment of lifetime ownership. The modern hidden object games have pretty graphics but are short in time, some have no maps and yet expect the player to remember the locations of many rooms that require 7 moves or more to get to just to find some item needed back in the room you were originally. Cloyingly annoying. Big Fish can't help the lack of talent or capable techs but they can accept the blame, apologize for the inconvenience, remove the comment about owning a game forever, replace it with assurance that any inoperable game will be replaced with any game of choice NOT POINTS. 3 stars for effort, nothing for taking responsibility.

I have purchased for 15 years chips from casino and
BF games as well. I have never won more than a few million, while I see people who say they don't buy have billions. They treat paying people like garbage while nonpaying people rake up the wins. I stopped purchasing games, since so many issues with downloads, and I don't like the point system.

Decades ago I decided I would only buy my android games from Big Fish Games because they were the best.
Now they're probably the worst. The app is worse than a bad joke. The "new" games are ones I played years ago. Anything I haven't played yet isn't available when I click on it.

Seit Wochen kommen beim einloggen schon Fehlermeldungen. Spiele lassen sich nicht herunterladen. Kaufen scheitert regelmäßig mit Fehlermeldungen. Jetzt kommt auch noch die Meldung Download abgelaufen. Abgebucht wird immer. Der Service antwortet nur mit einer automatischen Eingangsbestätigung. Ansonsten passiert nichts weiter. Das wars wohl mit dem Spiele Erlebnis. Finger weg.

Der Service war bisher schnell und hilfreich. Leider ist seit ein paar Wochen kein Kontakt mehr möglich. Mein Game "Midnight Castle" startet plötzlich nicht mehr. Wenn ich es neu installiere, gehen alle Spielstände verloren. Früher hat man auf Anfrage sehr gute Hilfe bekommen, heute bekommt man, außer einer autom. Eingangsbestätigung der Anfrage, keine Antwort mehr. Einfach nur unfair. Elephant Games scheint ein neues Logo zu haben, dass den Start des Spieles, erscheint zu Anfang, verhindert.

This company is the worst. It used to be the best. They'll take your money but you get absolutely nothing for it. Used to be able to download, install, play. Now I have over 61,000 points saved and am unable to use them or get my money back. They still charge every month and ignore my cancellation attempts.

Awful customer service
Bought 2 games tried to refund play them turns out the software is too bad led to run wanted a refund for the game and was given points to use on the website. The game manger is really disappointing to use and difficult to even try and download a game. Just want my money back because I plan to never use this website again

They have gone downhill. EVERY time attempt to logon, states my password not recognized. It took about 3 to 4 days to get a response and then password reset. Never got a password reset from their link online. Like I told them they have no problem taking a monthly fee but they can't recognize my email or my password. (I wrote the password down) This time, getting nothing, they claim they would send a password reset and have not. Customer service is nonexistent almost. Who is running this site? I have been with bigfishgames for many many years and this is the worst it has ever been, they increase the monthly fee but decrease their customer service. They offer sales to buy games but then will not let you in (dont recognize password) to buy during the online sales. I am looking now for another good site to get games I like.

In former times Bigfish had a great customer support and you got help within a couple of hours. Now I don't expect a response in a few hours, but I expect a response. And there is none. It's now 6 days since my request and ... nothing. Don't know what happened at Bigfish but it's surely not getting better. Absolutely disappointed.

Ive used Big Fish since 2017, the problems they are now having means games will no longer play and they are disinterested in doing anything about it. Games that won't play on BF are playable on Steam which makes me think that BF just does not want to invest to correct the issue. Ive been trying since 4th May 2023
Don't waste your money on it

I would have given 0 stars if it were an option. I've been a Big Fish member for nearly 15 years and am seriously concidering ending my membership. They used to have at least one good, pure HOGA (hidden object game adventure) a week,often more than one. Now we're lucky to see one month, and most of them are misleading. Many times it seems that there is a new game released by one of my favorite producers like Elephant games or MadHead, only to find out they've used an old title and put it on a silly solitaire game or something. It's just getting hard to justify the membership price with the poor offerings lately.

Scam
I bought an old game, Ice Cream Crazy Tycoon, installed it and it didn't work. I contacted the help center and was ignored. I should have smelled a rat by the fact that, for one reason or another (usually my password is not recognized), one can't reactivate the game after the free trial.
Beggars that are happy to steals a bit more than 3 euro.
