I usually get bored quickly, but here I actually stayed longer than expected. That says a lot.
I have a pending redemption coming in I started off with $150 and I’ve been on a absolute heater on the baccarat grand bonus I’m officially at $3,500 and it’s only allows $1000 per redemption.
Probably the slowest process for a redemption process I keep contacting support but they keep telling me I have to verify my information by sending some documents and I send them over and they completely reject it and tell me to resend them over, I don’t know if they don’t want to pay me out or what but this is the longest I have waited for a redemption. I’m hoping they and anyone who reads this keeps this review in mind once you start winning and actually win a good amount of money on this site,
Hopefully they also see this and contact me to so I can redeem my money and give me a smoother process on my redemptions… I initially won my first $1000 on 4/16/2026 and have been waiting to verify my documents that they keep rejecting! It is 4/20/2026
I randomly found it online and gave it a shot. Didn’t expect much at first, but ended up coming back again the next day. There’s something about how smooth and easy it feels that makes you want to return.
Awful casino pls spend your money elsewhere. They DO NOT PAY OUT AT ALL. You’ll spend hundreds before you receive your first potential payout. Absolute scam. Avoid at all cost

Great platform. Awful payout times. The first thing they ever did was cancel two of my redemptions without my consent and blamed it on a technical glitch. Then after that it took a week to get my money. You can only withdraw $1,000 at a time which is a red flag. No other reputable companies do that. Then, they started taking 7-9 days on every redemption then told me I was maxed out for the month. Stopped playing for awhile. Started again. After redeeming probably 8 times I got an email saying I needed to verify several things. Okay? Why now? Then I send all of my documents and get asked to send several again. I send again, they ask for the same things again haha. It’s been a week and no update on my redemption status other than generic responses. I have 5,000 SC waiting and they’re taking their time and kicking the can intentionally to either slow it down or hoping I spend it? Can’t think of why else you’d consistently make payouts such a pain for your loyal customers.
Edit: I sent bankrolla the reply to this review as they asked to have verification team look at it. Been 48 hours. Nothing additional has happened. They’re still purposefully taking their time. I’ve never had a sweepstake casino take this long. Insane

I won and they closed my account. I've requested a refund with no response. I do not recommend this casino. Much better ones out there. Try Zula or Spinpals.

Tried it on both desktop and phone, and it works equally well on both. No bugs, no weird glitches, nothing that breaks the experience. That consistency is honestly impressive, especially since a lot of platforms struggle with mobile.

Redemptions take forever and they will cancel your redemption and tell you that it is a technical glitch and make you start all over and wait. They only let you withdraw $1000 at a time and then you have to wait about a month for that. They give you generic responses and excuses. It took one month for them to process my first $1000 redemption and now I’m waiting on the second one going on week three.

This has been an absolute disaster they don’t pay out been getting the same old excuses from them and it’s been well over a week now. No other legit online casino holds funds for this long and keeps on rejecting due to “glitches” “High volume “ etc. “VIP MANAGERS” aren’t really managers they can’t do anything for you no one can . Stay away from this sight .Will update if I get paid somehow have about 40+ emails with them .
