Ich war jahrelang zahlendes Mitglied. Habe zig Spiele gekauft. Jetzt mit neuem PC wollte ich sie erneut herunterladen - geht nicht. Auf Nachfrage warum kamen nur schwammige schlecht übersetzte Ausreden. Angeblich arbeiten sie (und das angeblich schon seit 2 Jahren!) daran. Nie wieder!!

Really this doesn't even deserve a 1/2 star... Customer service doesn't give a **** about the good paying customer and it's true you pay good money for 2 minutes of play I suggest never to download

First of all they don’t seem to manage or maintain their systems. The games are riddled with bots that take most of the wins, especially jackpots. They charge relatively big bucks for little play. All in all a huge waste of money and time.

Ich hatte viele Jahre ein, zeitweise sogar zwei Clubmitgliedschaften. Habe brav bezahlt und irgendwann das Interesse verloren und gekündigt. Auf einem Konto hatte ich für rund 300 Euro Gutschriften, die mir natürlich bei Kündigung nicht erstattet wurde. Nun habe ich vor kurzem dem Account wieder aktiviert und siehe da, aus den 300 Euro wurden plötzlich etwa 70 nach dem neuen System, da man inzwischen nur noch Rabatte für seine gesammelten Punkte bekommt. Vor einigen Jahren gab es immerhin noch kostenlose Spiel für Clubmitglieder...alls abgeschafft!

This app needs to be investigated I believe. If a they are able to operate a business making so much money from people then they should legally have to provide customer service. They don't let players message them about issues with the game, and if you are able to get a message through you are given a reply from a bot and your ticket is closed. It should be illegal to do this, especially if your buying products from the site.
The games are so rigged that you can visibly see the winning symbols quickly reverse off the screen so your spin pays zero, every spin. They have created empty rooms, where, if you spin there every spin is zero. If you try to find a different room, you keep getting put back in the exact room. No matter which slot you try, it keeps putting you in an empty room which spins zero spins, it's diabolical. Who is policing these apps. It seems businesses that are operating apps are able to get away with robbing players, denying them the right to resolve issues with customer service. App developers need to be held accountable. All of the players on the big fish apps are angry, frustrated and want very much for consumer laws to be put in place that protect people from company's that scam people in public facilities like app stores. Where do we report apps that need to be investigated? There is no one to turn to to highlight these issues.

I give 1 star because i cant give less than that! I played big fish casino for years, i used to be a loyal customer that was buying chips for a few hundreds every week. A few months ago, i was suddenly unable to sit at a private table and i was unable to use my gold bar. I try to contact customers support...always got the same prefab answer. My privileges got revoked... WHAT? I pay to play and it is a privilege? Some people i know got their "privileges" back. I dont. Customer support ignored all my tickets. And there is no other way to contact someone from bigfish casino than to write a ticket to customer support. They are now ghosting me since a few months, no matter the subject of my ticket. If i had enemies, they will treat me better than that!

Stay away from them! They are glad to take your money but nobody is there for you when you need help.

Big fish casino keep asking too buy chips from them every time I run out so annoying supposed too be a free game and there just being greedy want money all the time it’s not fun anymore

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've wasted A LOT of money on this site buying games... which I no longer can open. Last time it said my trial had expired I was given a work around (as it was NOT trials, I OWNED the games!!!) Now, same crap. I'm DONE. I'm not going through another tedious process to bring back MY games because they screwed something up. I deleted all the games that won't open (MOST and A LOT of them!) and kept the few that open until they don't anymore. Buy your games on discs!!!!! So you ACTUALLY OWN THEM!!!!!

If I could give these a-holes negative stars, I would. I've been dealing with them for weeks on end. I got a new PC, and now none of my games will activate. I've been getting nothing but the runaround from them. They refuse to refund me. It's gotten so bad, I'm filing fraud complaints.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They will take your money as they run away laughing.

Garbage company. Games often don’t work, and most recently I bought two games that are still “processing” a month later. Big Fish is still “looking into it”.

I tried to download a sample of a game, but you can't just download a game, it (without telling you) also installs a "game manager" that includes a lot of advertisements. After all that, the game itself wouldn't even run.

The Texas Hold’em game freezes constantly and they don’t credit you for the chips you have earned.

Customer service consists of Bots giving you the same canned answers blaming players for poor connectivity. How can five plus players all over the world have connectivity issues at the same time. It sucks!

War jahrelanges Clubmitglied bei BigFish und habe käuflich mehr als 120 Spiele erworben. Nach Kündigung meine langjährigen Mitgliedschaft und späterer Änderung deren Webseite, kann ich mich mit meinem Konto (alles korrekt eingegeben) nicht mehr einloggen. Angeblich wäre meine E-Mail Adresse unbekannt! Das halte ich persönlich für eine ganz miese Masche. Habe leider halt viel Lehrgeld bezahlt und die Festplatte mit den zahlreichen Games kann ich am Besten auch gleich löschen. Das Unternehmen kennt mich (aus mir unerklärlichen Gründen) gar nicht mehr. Hilfe zu erwarten ist auch völlig zwecklos.

Big Fish Games is nothing but a cheat. I bought a game, it would not download, and it is EXTREMELY complicated to get a fix or a refund. I would NEVER buy from them again, and Apple should disconnect from them.

Old account with games no longer for sale ANYWHERE randomly gone. Clowns to the highest degree

I have been a customer for years as I prefer HO games and they seem to have a good variety of them. Each time I have had a concern they have addressed it and given me extra coins to make up for the mistake. That is until recently. June 10/24 I made a purchase with the same CC I always use. This is used to pay for the membership and for game purchases. I purchased two games, my CC was billed but the games were not available for me to download. They show a faded "Processing" in my Game Library. I contacted support and they are telling me my payment didn't go through. I have provided them with a screenshot of several past and this present amounts sent from my banking app, I have also called the bank and gotten a reference number for the transaction (which I'm told any financial institution can track) but over 3 weeks later I am now getting no response from them. Last week I emailed for an update and they have "forwarded my request for a review" Two days ago I sent another request for a response and I have heard nothing.

When I did this I lost all my game play. Over 2 years, was on level 36.
Now I'm back at level 1 and it won't load most of the time. Keeps saying oops there's an error.

Habe das gleiche Problem. Insgesamt habe ich mindestens 200 Spiele gekauf (seit 2008).
Jetzt funktionieren sie nur, wenn man sie neu bezahlt. Wenn das nicht Betrug ist, weiß ich es auch nicht. Der neue Besitzer sollte sich was schämen. In Deutschland kann mann wohl nichts unternehmen?? Oder doch??
