Not going to lie I've out a chunk Into this casino and every time I went to withdraw winnings it rejected after a day due to incomplete verification. Eventually after emailing back and forth with the support team I got fully verified and managed to successfully withdraw..... unfortunately my bank *chase* don't provide swift or bic transfer capability so I had to use an alternative bank. The initial process was 36 hours from withdrawal to bank receiving and processing. However my bank rejected the transfer after 3 days stating cryptocurrency concerns and potential mis use of my account for business purposes. So they sent it back to the casino 9 days ago/7 working days ago. I was told it would be processed within 7 business days. I have no idea where the money is just now but betzino assure me it'll go back Into my account for alternative withdrawal as soon as they receive it and process it. I wait with bated breath

Even after sending all evidence they just say your bank rejected
I called my bank and they said they have no rejected any transaction nor was there any incoming transaction of the sum

I requested the reference number and they are unwilling to provide as there was no transfer to my account

I have made two of the same withdrawals since 9th July and both have been returned to the betzino website

I will be requesting a charge back for my funds s this is a fraudulent website

No issues and had some great wins, many of the reviews seem to be people who haven't read the rules correctly, once I verified my identity I was able to withdraw without any issue. The only thing I don't like is a withdrawal takes about 3 days to get my account as it has to be done manually, on other sites I have used a withdrawal hits my account pretty much instantly. Deposited start playing and won a massive bonus of 8,000€. The maximum withdrawal limit was 5,000€. The main concern was that I spent all the money at the same day playing on different slots but there was no chance to win.
