Pleasant experience
Good environment for working out. There is enough variety of quality equipment for a good session. You have to pick your times as it can get very busy. As a new member I do not feel intimidated.

Freezing conditions at Maindy Leisure Centre
My local centre at Maindy , Cardiff has not had heating since before Christmas. It has become increasingly difficult to take part in a pilates class that involves lying on a freezing floor. Many of us are suffering from cramp as a result. We have tried complaining, but we are still getting the same answers.
i.e. We are waiting for a part to fix the heating system ' and 'we are not allowed to provide heaters'.
I'm sure it was colder in the dance studio last week, than it was outside. Pilates is an exercise that doesn't generate a lot of heat. It's unacceptable.

Friendly staff, not busy but equipment needs updating.
Staff really friendly, not busy at all for the times that I've been (usually early am pre-7 o'clock). The reason I give 4 stars is that the facilities are a little dated now, so could do with a refresh including gym equipment.

I joined the Better Maindy centre in Cardiff whilst I am here for an extended stay. I have been really impressed by the friendly and helpful customer service and the facilities in general. Great classes and trainers.

No information to inform induction is needed paid for a month membership and not been able to use it, no email of ID number to log In on app this hasn’t been a good experience at all
