Hi l would give 3 stars because the staff are lovely...I am a new member. Went to Aqua class last evening...the pool is very dirty and so are changing rooms.The pool needs a deep clean all around especially the inside tiles at the waters edge which are Black with body dirt.This is unacceptable! Especially after a pandemic! Was scary. Wear and tear is one thing but dirt is another. You have hundreds of people and children using this space.Please sort it out....

The staff are quite nice but the…
The staff are quite nice but the sharing spaces are really really dirty, there are no hair dryer working and no opportunity to bring yours as the plugs are not visible. The swimming pool has sand and dirt in it.
All in all the space is not keep well unfortunately..

The phone help great, class mixed bag
The phone help with Better was great!
As for classes: The foundation class for my 4-year old was brilliant. However the bronze cap class at 10:45 on Sunday at Archway was pretty awful. The teacher, he wasn’t really teaching the kids were crashing into each other, this went on and on. He didn’t do anything to resolve it and then it was the end of the lesson. Would love if we had a dedicated focused instructor

Hello, I have been using the facilities at the Archway Leisure Centre.
1. The changing rooms are extremely dirty.
2. I had booked 2 classes back to back. I attended one and got an injury in my hand (2 cuts) which prevented me from going to the second class which was Boxfit and I was charged £3 for it. I think it was really unfair. I could have easily not cancelled and you wouldn't have know if I attended it or not as I was already in the facilities.

I am very sorry to hear that the changing rooms are not up to standard when you attend the Archway leisure centre. I am also very sorry to hear of the injury you received when you attend one of our Fitness Classes. If you have received a penalty charge for not attending the session you can speak to the staff at the centre to explain why you were unable to attend and they will assist you with the removal of the penalty fee. In regards to the changing facilities, I will escalate this matter for the immediate attention of the centre manager so they can look into this and resolve this as a matter of urgency.

First swimming lessons
It was my 5 year old twins first swimming lesson and the teaching instructor was great.
My only complaint is that the app/Better account system is very confusing. Saying that, customer services were excellent and helped me resolve my issues immediately.

I bought a membership &once i uploaded relevant documents as proof my account was quickly processed &up&running so i have been able to enjoy many swimming sessions &the staff at the centre have been polite &helpful

Registration device wasn’t working
The device used to register the kids was not working at the start of the class. My daughter was not asked for her name (it was her first week), and the instructor did not introduce himself. I had to double check that my daughter, who is a non-swimmer, was joining the correct class as things generally seemed confused. This did not give me a great impression on our first week and could be a safety issue if kids accidentally join a class above their level.
However, once the class started the instructor seemed good with the kids and my daughter enjoyed her class.
