Scam! Showed up to the airport to board a flight only to be told best price travel never confirmed my ticket so I was left stranded. Best price has admitted responsibility through email but refuse to refund. Very frustrating and would advise anyone to stay clear.

Ruby was most helpful, polite and promptly assisted me with my concerns regarding the re-booking of our flights due to the Singapore Airline's change in flight schedules. She's spot on when she said that she will come back to me with an update a day after we talked as she needed to make new arrangements first with the airline. Very friendly, who would not be when they advertise false prices. What’s worse they try to suggest that the airline has run out of seats at that price. Well why are you continually advertising at that price. That’s complete false advertising because quite simply the seats don’t exist. I’ve logged on again to book it at the price of 1757 and it’s still advertised at that price even though Harry said emirates have run out. Crooks, avoid

These guys are scammers. We bought a flexible ticket which was meant to let us change the date but these guys instead want to charge us $800 to simply change the date when I can literally buy a new ticket with the same price. Customer service stopped contacting us after as well.

I’m giving this a 2 star because in the end my flight went ahead after being cancelled the first time without consent.
In reference to the Qantas post below, my payment was cancelled, they asked for me to transfer and take a screen shot of the transaction and send an email with ticket saying this is non flexi and t&c - seemed odd. A week later I looked up reviews and noticed 1 or 5 star reviews and people being scammed . Called Qantas and found out my flight had been cancelled the next day. So i cancelled my bank accounts, changed passwords to my accounts + reported it.
I called them on a Monday around 6pm aest and they answered. I asked what happened to my flight and pretty much said they were scammers- website seems like a fake address and they’re answering past closed hours, they’ve got some bank details and personal .. so seemed like they weren’t locals as such . They said they’ll look into it and call + email me when the tickets are booked (roughly a week out from leaving) + by the end of the call said they weren’t scammers. No call or email for a couple of hours , so followed it up again and they sent a ticket with booking details and I felt relieved . I had to check my booking multiple times per day to see if it was still there . It was super stressful at times , but there is hope to fly . Just do your research on the scams to back yourself and try not to fly with this airline .
Please don’t send your bank details and also keep in mind banks can’t get your back money if it’s sent by transfer - they’re clever. I didn’t have any difficulties calling, they were fairly friendly despite my very firm approach. I also followed my email up with emails saying I’m not paying more and it’s on them to sort out the differences (my original ticket to Japan was $1800.). Good luck.
