Berrys Coaches Omdömen

Great local family business. Friendly, but professional. Prefer to use them over the larger companies.

Direct and reliable

The coach was clean and comfortable and the staff polite and helpful. Refreshments were prompt and good. I was happy with the journey and have used Berry's many times

Clean, on time, very friendly staff, cheap travel to London

Very punctual. clean modern coaches. Excellent smooth driver and the host was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Always cheerful, friendly staff. Good, timely journey.
The easiest, stress-free way to travel to London from Bridgwater.
Thank you

The coach staff are great.especially Andy who does the tickets on the coach.
I usually book tickets online and that is fine. On the occasions I have had to phone the office. Their staff have been excellent
The vehicles are very comfortable and clean
Really can’t recommend berrys coaches more highly.

Outstanding service as ever from Berry's Coaches. Comfortable seats, good service from booking to arrival home, reliable and a lot cheaper than the train!! If you support a London football team then Berry's will save you hundreds over a season.

For the outward journey, a replacement coach picked us all up on time and delivered us to Hammersmith in good time

Berrry’s coaches London to West country are simply the best , really friendly great service , snacks and hot drinks available and really good double decker coaches .

Easy to book and catch, comfortable ride, pleasant and professional staff with a good sense of humour.

Everything very good apart from no water in the toilet.

A really relaxing way of travelling to London and back stress free

I have been using this service for 30 plus years on and off. Always helpful and able to change journey at short notice. Heather and Trevor always have a smile on a Sunday when I travel back to London from the West Country, and Andy is also really helpful. Lovely to have onboard coffee and snacks too!
My only criticism would be the toilets are easily blocked, and the coaches could sometimes do with a deep clean. Apart from that, an excellent service all round!

Great service. Reasonable prices and really reliable (plus they will wait a few minutes for stragglers if someone is a tiny bit delayed: unlike other companies). Friendly staff too.

Comfy seats, pleasant employees. Very efficient.

Berry’s coaches are punctual on arrivals and departures. Booking is simple online with easy changes if needed. The coach seats are very comfortable with excellent service throughout. Drivers are very competent on the roads. I can always rely on Berry’s coaches to get me to London on time.

Other than a slight hiccough in issuing the ticket, the actual journey was comfortable and arrived in Wincanton almost on time, despite having to leave Hammersmith a little late and (perhaps normal) traffic at the start. A prompt arrival is important to me to catch the local bus home which leaves only 20 minutes after your scheduled arrival. The next and last local bus requires a stay of almost 2 hours in less than entrancing Wincanton (sorry !).

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good at diverting when necessary. Would recommend.
