Ordered a handbag during their last promotion of gift card bonus w/purchase, in Oct.
The wrong handbag came(wrong colored hardware). I immediately contacted and got a return label, shipped return straight away. Instead of simply fill the order correctly, they have now charged my debit card again for the same purchase $$$, no REFUND showing!
3 weeks later, they have now 2 transactions for the handbag and I still do not even have the purse.
It should have been expedited to me, and don't understand why a second charge, as the style number has not changed. ???
Plus this was done on promo, so I even get by bonus gift card. Literally the only reason I bought from Bergdoorfs...
Now I have to call and attempt to sort this out.
This may be the last time I order online w/ Bergdorf's. Your company is supposed to be better at customer service, this is turned into a headache.

I purchased an expensive designer skirt in March. By the time I decided to return it a few days later Bergdorf Goodman closed due to covid 19. The store is still closed 2 1/2 months later.
I was told I could return the skirt by fedex and fedex was going to pick it up.
I was told Thursday, they were going to come that day. They never showed up but also the store told me on pick up day that I was responsible to pack it, fedex was not going to bring any packing material. Because I purchased the skirt in person in the store, it did not come in a box, I had to purchase one. Bergdorf assumes everyone has shipping boxes And supplies at home? I do not and most of the people do not. Then they said Pick up Monday, then Tuesday instead, but fedex showed up Unexpectedly on Monday anyway. Very confusing and unprofessional.

2 weeks after the skirt was returned and delivered to bergdorf’s warehouse I still did not get a refund. Very odd because each time I purchase and return the item with other stores, I get a credit almost immediately. Yes, those stores are in Europe. Somehow the US department stores cannot handle a simple return. Let’s hope they will not charge me a shipping fee, that US stores always apply. Especially because there was no other way to make a return Except by mail. They should learn from the European stores. Obviously it is doable.

All you hear As a excuse for the delay is covid, covid. We all have the same problems, I too have to work from home and no one cares about excuses. Could the return process work without excuses just to make the customer’s life easier? Apparently not.Very disappointing.

I was told in December that I was getting a gift card for the expensive Moncler jacket that I purchased three days before a gift card event. I suggested that I could return the coat and repurchase for my order to be qualified for the event. An associate told me that I didn't need to do so - I could get the gift card in 6-8 weeks. I called them in March and was told that I was not going to get the gift card because my order did not qualify, and the person who talked to me gave me the wrong information. This company is dishonest and inconsistent. I would avoid it.

Excellent company, fast shipping and excellent sales when they have them. Very easy to return items when they do not fit.

OK, usually I am very lazy to write these reviews but I had to write this one. I call Bergdorf today 2/15 at around 7:10pm and spoke to Yeolondens and I must say she was probably one of the best employees at BG. She was very professional and was so helpful with my order. I had several poor experiences in the past especially in the store where they look you up and down and only help you based on your attire. However, this woman today made my day. Thank you so much Yeolondens!

I ordered a pair of Chloe pants and was charged via Paypal. Several days later I was informed that they actually did not have the item as advertised. Refund by Paypal will take 1-3 weeks. Customer service was not helpful. They need to update their inventory methods, and to not charge for an item until it has been verified in stock. This is the second time this has happened. Buyer beware.

First time buying here. Fast shipping. I received my item so fast. Return is also easy, if needed. I needed to exchange the size.

I used to be a Saks customer however after several bad service issues I switched to Bergdorf and Neimans online. They actually treat you like a valued customer. The few times an issue came up they took care of it asap. Merchandise shipping is prompt and company representatives are professional. Been happy so far.
