I signed up tto get a discount code for shoes

I signed up to order some shoes and they said they would send me a 15% off code. After an hour and no code, I tried to contact them. I waited for an agent for 20 minutes, she sent her name and did not answer any questions. She signed out at 6 and I got to a message to wait until tomorrow. Forget them.

Les he comprado una zapatillas online y además de esperar 1mes justo la empresa de transporte es fantasma, me han robado el paquete y mi dinero, AnserX es la empresa de transporte, mucho cuidado para q no les pase lo q a mi, y me da q la tienda es cómplice, ojo..........

El dia 21 de noviembre hice el pedido de unas bambas Samba , he estado haciendo el seguimiento y después de esperar mucho tiempo el 13 de noviembre indican en el seguimiento que se han entregado. A quién? Pues no lo sé, porque a mi No. O sea que es una estafa!! Y además lo estoy reclamando tanto a transporte como a la empresa y no me hacen caso. Espero que no os pase lo mismo que a mi.

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional. Came to buy shoes. Treated like I'm going steal the shoes. I was trying the shoes of ON and Hoka, Staffs rounded us and the staff came to my wife 2 times asking are you buying it or not .My 7 year old son felt very bad .Very disgusting and very bad.

Pedido incompleto, devolución a medias

El pedido llegó incompleto. Al hacer la devolución, no te devuelven todo tu dinero sino que te quitan 4 EUR que les ha costado a ellos enviártelo... como si uno tuviera la culpa de su inoperancia. Jamás volveré a comprar...

Jeg var på king of trainers på strøget i går om 18:30 tiden og pigene fandt ikke prisen på en adidas taske som jeg spørgte om og så siger den en at sig bare at den koster 500kr og det var sefølgelig ikki meningen at jeg skulle høre det. Det så ud som at den annen pige akk skulle sige 500 til mig og så kommer en tredie pige og finder prislappen og der står det 320kr på. Jeg gik bare irritert med viden om at pigene som arbejder havde planer og at jeg sku betale 500kr for en sport taske som koster 320kr

First and last time ordering from JD aka "King of Trainers"

Ordered a present (£25) and paid £3.99 for P&P. Arrived really quickly so no fault there. But they sent the wrong item. Rang customer services, they explained that I could return the item and reorder (but I wouldn't get it in time for when I needed it). The easiest methods to return (Post Office, Collect+, Asda etc) cost between £1.50-£2.50. If I reorder, P&P will cost another £3.99 - so potentially £10.48 spent to return/reorder a £25 item that was sent incorrectly and not my fault... absolutely mind boggling. I'd be out of pocket by £60.48 before getting my £25 refund for the item. Most other retailers (including ones I have worked for) will provide Freepost returns labels or compensate the P&P if it is THEIR mistake. Really poor company standard/service.

Recently they keep cancelling my orders. 5 orders cancelled. Very disppointed.

Every time I buy from this site I am disappointed that they are scammers every time they don't send the whole parcel or they don't send it at all and I lose when I return it does not return what I paid but is less than 5 dollars and I also pay the shipping for 7 pieces and I only receive 3 I do not recommend this site

The worst website

The worst website, and the Aramex company is worse than them

i have order from 3April and shipped in 8April and arrived in my area on 15 April, and from that time I tried to receive it, but Aramex was refuse ,and then receive an email from the jdsports on 5/20 that the shipment was lost
And I received an email from Aramex on May 24 that it was lost and they told the sender about it
But the JD site does not want to indemnity me for the shipment that was lost from Aramex for me now for two months, and they evade it

Not delivered, No answers

I gave one star because I can’t give zero.
I bought two pairs of sneakers and I only receive one at my place. I’ve been trying to reach them though email, Instagram, Facebook, and I didn’t receive any feedback yet. This is annoying, they took my money. Don’t buy never in this site.

Awful experience buying in JD sports

My wife bought in JD PECKHAM STORE a children's jacket only showing it onto the phone to our son who was at home. it was nearly at closing time, when she arrived home my son opened the JD's bag and immediately notice that the jacket has a "cut"damage on the upper left hand side sleeve.
The following day we went to the same shop and ask to the cashier to exchange it or allows to but anything else if there were not replacement. She called to her "manager" who, as soon as she went behind the desk she looked me angrily and she said " what do you want" i explained and showed to her the damage on the jacket and her reply was " why did you buy it if it was damaged? I replied , why do you sell it if is damaged then she went crazy and said " EXCUSE ME ... IF YOU TALK TO ME LIKE THAT I WON'T DO ANYTHING, then started questioning me who did selL it to you, i said I don't know then she said "you should know the name of the person serving you" and my wife approached and said the person who served me is not here. Angrily she said and did it " i will check the surveillance camera to see how the jacket was when you took it" she took less than five minutes to go inside and come back and said " I checked it and there is nothing wrong in the jacket when you bought it" so she was accusing us of damaging the jacket on purpose and lying after all of this we were furious. Before we left the place I said that I will complaint she simply said I don't care and wrote her name on a piece of paper.
I am really dissapointed with JD sport, unfortunately this is not the first time that we have problems with the quality of the products sold on their stores but at least in the past we could exchange it or got the money back
