Went in to enquire about mattresses. There was a large selection and we were guided through the different types and given the opportunity to try them out, by a friendly, knowledgeable member of the team. We did not feel pressurised into making a purchase.

Wanted to buy a double bed base and a king size mattress. The whole process was quick, easy and enjoyable with Tracy’s help. Once we had explained our needs Tracy was able to guide us to various options and then allow us time to think about them. Returning later to discuss and guide us again. Also clear explanations of products and time to try mattresses.
Ordering our choices was then easy and delivery arranged for 3 weeks time.

Great customer service and very knowledgable in store. We were kept up to date with the progress of our order by regular texts and emails. On the delivery day the delivery men rang to advise us of arrival time and they were extremely courteous and helpful when delivering our mattress. We also didn’t have long to wait for delivery after ordering.

I rang up Bensons in Yeovil and spoke to Tracy who was friendly knowledgeable and guided me to a mattress that was perfect for both summer and winter the other side, went into Bensons the following day met her laid on bed and she was so helpful and made a purchase there and then, thank you Tracy .
