A satisfied customer
I had been into the he store in the week to check out the different bed a young lady chatted with me and was extremely helpful and gave me lots of information I told her I would be back at the weekend with my husband, which I did but unfortunately was told she had left the company which was a shame as i feel she was a great asset to the company. I did however have another young lady serving me and with the knowledge gained and get input was happy to purchase a bed.

Great choice of beds and matresses
Great choice of beds and mattresses. The staff were helpful but not pushy. They explained the lay out of the shop and the different matresses they had then they let me wander round at my own pace, trying out mattresses without hovering over me. When I'd made my decision the buying process was quick and easy.

Service in the shop was excellent
Service in the shop was excellent. However, had to cancel the order because needed a bed sooner. Emailed 3 times but no response. Went in the chat function, was told nobody was available to cancel but someone would phone me… still waiting.

Excellent service from Worksop branch & a smooth delivery
Excellent service from the Worksop Store and quality products. Demi and Clare answered all our queries and gave really helpful and professional in-store advice. They were courteous and friendly throughout and took time to understand our needs and ensure the right products were ordered. They amended our order to change a mattress type swiftly on request. Delivery was a breeze. Fantastic communication throughout and very helpful delivery men, Wayne and Lewis. Absolutely spot on. Recommend 100%. Delighted!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service throughout and the team clearly enjoyed working with each other given the banter. The store clerk gave plenty of advice and alternatives before I settled on the bed I wanted.

Eddy and Archie delivered my sofa bed they was both so friendly and helpful they made the delivery stress free, I would highly recommend Worksop branch as the staff couldn’t help me enough so friendly and wasn’t pressured to buy. It’s a 5 star from

Quick deliver and perfect communications.

Andrew at Worksop has been brilliant, very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and if your buying from Bensons I highly recommend you visit the worksop store.
