The updates on delivery time were great and so were the delivery people.
Not so impressed with in store sales tea. Verging on scruffy in appearance and the guy who ultimately served me was, until I approached him, lying so far back in his chair that I thought he was asleep. His attitude whilst serving went beyond friendly to over familiar.
Generally the store staff gave a very unprofessional impression

I made two orders and these orders were done 2 months before my moving date and they didnt link both orders and they said they could only deliver one of the order which is the bed frames without the mattresses. I will have for another 4 days . This stressed my children and pregnant wife. This error is from thier end so l expected more

Lauren was very helpful in looking with us for the mattress we needed. She gave us a chance to test some. We had a price & after having a chat between ourselves went back to purchase. Very impressed to get the mattress delivered before Christmas too. Thank you.

In the showroom we sew Neil, he was knowledgeable and pleasant on the 22nd. When our bed was delivered we had the promised phone call and we found Luke and Paul also to be pleasant and sociable, they removed their shoes without being asked despite the weather being dry. We were really pleased with our shopping experience and recommend Bensons to family and friends.

We were served by a lovely young lady named Lauren who couldn't have been more helpful. She took her time to show us various makes of beds and explain the difference in the mattresses. She is an asset to the Worcestershire store 😊

Gary was thorough, answered all our questions and was a big help.

The staff said hi and gave us smiles when we entered the store but we weren't jumped on as soon as we walked in the door and nobody followed us around. A welcome relief as I cannot stand being stalked as soon as I go into a shop. We were left alone to try lots of different mattresses and narrow them down, in our own time, without being interrupted or rushed. While we were deciding we had a giggle with the staff who didn't try to hard sell us anything, they just respected we preferred to do it on our own. When they saw we'd been looking at a particular mattress that was on sale (due to the store being due an upgrade), we were told that unfortunately that particular mattress was sold, however there was another one in a store in the next town that was the same price and if we wanted it we could sort it all out here rather than having to go there. This meant we wouldn't miss out on the deal and didn't have to go out of our way to sort it out. We decided to buy that mattress and we had a really fun time getting it all arranged and we came away feeling happy, relaxed and grateful for the excellent customer service we'd had whilst in store. Thanks to Gary and Julia for making the whole process brilliant and easy, we'll definitely be recommending Bensons Worcester store (with a shout-out to Redditch for the mattress!)
