Friendly knowledgeable staff helped with our new bed purchase without being pushy. Delivery service was excellent and guys cleaned up and took away all the packaging . Excellent communication from purchase to delivery of bed. Only negative was the igel pillows not worth £69 each and not as comfortable as the ones we tried in the showroom.

Very pleasant sales assistant
Very pleasant sales assistant, knowledgeable too. Quite a long time until delivery and £49 for delivery seems excessive.
