Had a great experience at Benson for Beds in Lakeside Retail Park thanks to Christopher. He really listened to what we wanted and took the time to suggest some great ideas for both mattresses and bed frames without ever being pushy. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Would highly recommend Christopher to anyone searching for a new bed or mattress. Shocking delivery and assembly service had to get someone myself to assemble the wardrobe as I was left with it flat packed and told another 5 weeks wait before they could return after the items was already 3 weeks late

The process from placing our order in the Thurrock store to receiving delivery was seamless. Our mattress arrived promptly on the agreed delivery date and was helpfully placed in the room of our choice. We could not have wished for better service.

Service average but finance options helped choose Bensons for Beds!
Experience was okay - felt the customer service initially was not great.
We had to wait around for someone to talk to us, although there were others who came in later and got serviced straight away.
We did eventually get service, forgot his name, but he was nice.
The payment arrangement is the only thing that was niche to choosing Bensons for Beds! That really helped choosing with them.
