The shop assistant was very friendly and helpful, but the shop was very cold, which made the shopping experience more uncomfortable than necessary. When I questioned the cold, I was told that the heating was not working, and hadn’t worked for some time, which is crazy. You need to sort out the heating in the Fforestfach store. It was freezing.

The staff in store were extremely helpful and guided us to the best choice we could make

They were very helpful, listened to what we wanted, and patient with us as we tried out the beds.

Staff were attentive without being pushy and very knowledgeable in regard to the products. manufactures and sale offers. In all a very good experience.

Really nice experience at the store in Swansea. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Was our first time purchasing a mattress, so Sarah’s insight and knowledge of the products was really useful in knowing what was right for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store and would certainly use it to buy from in future.

The quality of our large sliding door wardrobe is excellent. We had to wait 3 months for delivery but it came exactly when arranged and the delivery men were more than helpful

I am struggling to write any negative comments, all involved were great. Our bed is fab.

Very useful information by sales assistant helped guide our choice

I walked into the store was greeted had a little browse before Sarah asked me if she could assist me in anyway. I told her what I was looking for, that I had seen a bed I liked online, the Herrington ottoman bed. She explained that it wasn't on show in the store but she did have one very similar too see.

Sarah took her time explaining and answering my questions. She made it very easy for me to make my decision to purchase the bed. No pushy sales pitches. I purchased the bed, decided for my piece of mind to pay for the assembly and the extra 5 year warranty.

In my mind I was expecting to wait 8 weeks plus for delivery, but to my elation it was for the following week, unfortunately I would be available so after offering a couple more dates we settled on one. The free care pack and mattress protector where a bonus and I mustn't forget Blue Light Discount even on promotional items.

Sarah is an asset to Bensons for beds and so was Bethan who was also working in the Swansea west store.
I was was recommended Bensons for beds after searching on line for a specific bed, ottoman with a fitted floor so my stored items are off the carpet, I also didn't want too high a headboard. I would most definitely recommend this store to others. My purchase was a 'dream' everything explained to me, even the time frame for cancelling, any changes I may need to do through to the day of delivery.

The staff at the store were excellent, really helpful with what I was looking for and I had a great price for the mattress I eventually bought, I couldn't be happier with the service provided, even down to the courier who delivered the mattress to me, highly recommend visiting the store or even just purchasing from the company

Our experience was fantastic, not only does the price come in lower than other competitors, the discount was great. Delivery was based around our availability as was the assembly of our TV bed. The assistant was outstanding, extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and worked hard to give us as much discount as possible and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We don't give praise unless praised is warranted and on this occasion all boxes were ticked. We would definitely recommend Bensons For Beds.

I still find it head-banging that having something delivered is somehow an “experience” on a par with going on a safari or riding a zip-wire. A delivery is either on time and undamaged or it isn’t - good or bad. My delivery was good. If the question is performance monitoring of staff on the cheap, then the guys who made the delivery were excellent and deserve a raise. They were personable, polite, called ahead, took off their shoes and put the mattress exactly where I wanted it. Thanks.

A great experience in store. I felt happier seeing the bed I was looking at ordering in person, rather than online. Ailsa and her colleague were extremely friendly and helpful and Ailsa placed the order for me, ensuring I had the delivery date I chose and checking everything was in order, a great advantage to purchasing in store.
