Buying a new bed was easy, stress-free and fast thanks to Anil at Bensons' store in Sutton, London. He was knowledgeable, experienced and super-friendly; he didn't pressure us but gave us solid advice. Getting face-to-face help in store when making an important purchase made all the difference. My son couldn't be happier with his new Hip Hop Wooden bedframe - definitely the right choice for someone who is tall and needs room at the end of his bed for his feet!

We bought a mattress from Bensons about two years ago and we were very pleased with the service we got and the service from the delivery staff as well . On Saturday we decided to buy a new bed frame when we went into the store and the same gentleman Anil was there we were please as he remembered us. He talked us through all the different bed frames and headboards. It was just like talking to an old friend. We found him polite, friendly and very helpful.

Anil listened attentively to our requirements and suggested products that exactly met them. He clearly explained the delivery options so that we could easily identify the one that was right for us. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. It was nice to be on the receiving end of such good customer service.

John the sales assistant was so helpful in assisting me to choose the right mattress for me. He was so knowledgeable and he gave me the confidence to choose the right mattress. Although I had purchased a different mattress the day before there was no problem in cancelling that order and John helped me to choose another mattress which would help in supporting my shoulders and back.
