People at the shop were fantastic, delivery a bit late but been informed, the person who assembled the bed so good until the tv comes with the wrong make suppose to be sharp and replace it with Panasonic from the day 1 keep on and off without touching it .called customer service said might need setting, happened again in few weeks time then I called again and again last one I called they didn’t come back to as assuming been fixed as I was away , I came back from abroad the tv wasn’t working properly called them again , said out of warranty as bed five years but tv one year , wrong tv , ignoring my calls .
I won’t recommend anyone to buy or believe in the warranty the give you any excuse to run away from it , last call they said will escalate it and will send you an email by end of the day , nothing heard .

I had a reply on 12/03/2026 to say if I have contact Panasonic as tv out of warranty and we can’t do anything , will I be surprised no chance. First you provide me with wrong make , suppose to be Sharp not Panasonic, Second you didn’t come back to me after I reported is faulty, Third you are not worth even a one star review.

We did not receive the care kit that we paid for, where is it?

Stockport branch - Salesman Eric was very helpful without being ‘pushy’. I knew what I wanted, but Eric advised on alternatives just to check for right comfort level. Bought what I originally went in for, even more sure it was ‘right’ for me. Smooth purchase and delivery arrangements to my convenience.

The sales team were very helpful and efficient. Friendly too & easy to deal with.
I was kept informed at all times as my order progessed.

I bought a bed from this company in-store after clearly explaining the exact measures I needed and relied on the staff advice to make sure the bed would fit into the space. Unfortunately, the bed delivered was not suitable and did not meet the requirements I had discussed at the time of purchase. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, I was very disappointed with how it was handled. Instead of offering a solution I was told they would only collect the bed if agreed to a 20% deduction from the refund.
This feels extremely unfair as I relied on the guidance when making the purchase. I expected better customer care and accountability, especially when the product supplied was based on the advice given in store.
Overall, a very frustrating experience and poor aftercare. I would not recommend this company based on how this situation has been handled.

I bought my last bed from bensons 11 years ago so when I decided new bed there was only 1 place to go

We had looked around a number of different competitors including another Bensons store. I believe the salespersons name was Adam who popped over and said if we had any questions he was happy to assist. He was not pushy at all (very different from other sales people that day). Being honest I was fed up of walking around and didn’t actually think we needed to spend £3000 on a mattress anyway. However my wife’s sleep had been poor for quite some time. My wife had a number of questions and wanted to understand the pros and cons of the different mattresses. The salesman came over and amazed us both on his product knowledge of the mattress in question and his general positive and likeable nature. We bought the mattress there and then and honestly could not have been happier with the service.

The store was tidy and well set out. The staff were on hand to help but no pressure to engage. When we spoke to the staff member Adam he was knowledgeable and informative the whole process was easy and quick.

Great showroom which allowed us to see all of the bed frames out on display. Andrej, the advisor who assisted us, was a perfect blend of being helpful without being pushy. The whole process from browsing to completing our order and booking delivery was painless. Highly recommend.

I came into your store ( Peel Centre ) I was greeted by Naila whom was ever so helpful, couldn’t show me enough mattress until we found one that was just right .Naila was helpful patient and full of beans which made the whole process enjoyable thank you Bensons and thank you Naila . I would definitely recommend your shop to others .
