Best customer service by Autumn at Bensons for Beds
We had an amazing experience at Bensons for Beds where Autumn spent ages with my husband to ensure he was happy with the mattress he picked. We didn’t feel rushed and Autumn made sure he spent plenty of time on various mattresses and her experience in this area shone through. This was an incredible customer service provided to both off and really appreciate the complete package explained to us by Autumn who is a real credit to the company. Would highly recommend to anyone buying a new mattress.

Davey had us under his wing the whole way through the process. Attention to detail, informative, answering all questions we had. Professional throughout with the patience to listen while we babbled on. Communicated the process at our level taking us through the sensory system and matching us to an enlightening change to our mattress selection. we were looking to replace our relatively new mattress as there was a bit of lack of support when lying on one side for one of us- the friendly and efficient assistant (Autumn) asked us to try the mattress testing equipment in the showroom, and very quickly identified a pressure point-
She was able to point us in the direction of a completely different type of mattress, which has been very successful, leading to much better sleeping- we're very impressed!

Fantastic
I had a fantastic customer experience at the Stirling store.
The store was clean, had a vast selection of different beds and mattresses and felt quite relaxing.
Autumn served me and she was terrific. She took the time to ensure that I was completely happy with my order. She offered me plenty of options, gave lots of advice and never made me feel like I was being pressured into a sale. I was made to feel very welcome in the store, rather than just someone in a queue to be served.
The delivery drivers arrived on time and were very quick at removing the old bed and delivering the new one. There was an issue with a pillow I ordered with the bed but they quickly resolved the issue.
After care has been fantastic as well, with Autumn phoning to apologise about the pillow and ensure a new one was on the way.
I can't rate Autumn, the delivery drivers or the store highly enough and will be recommending to friends and family.

Everything was fine apart from not taking American Express. Delivery was put back a week so a bit inconvenient.

Bensons gave very helpful and detailed advice, including testing of mattresses, pillows, bases etc., all to help pick the right combination for me.
They kept me updated about delivery date and time, and the delivery was made at the time promised. The bed was installed professionally and the old bed taken away.
I'm now enjoying better night's sleep.
