We recently bought a mattress from Bensons, Linda the assistant was extremely helpful. She encouraged us to try the different mattresses, explaining clearly the benefits of the different ones. We were not rushed and found making the choice quite easy in the end.

Good customer service. Clear ordering. Delivered and assembled. Great experience no problems.

Having enquired in the Hough Retail Park, Stafford UK store recently in respect of possible replacement/upgrading my bed, I found the service provided in-store extremely helpful and professional. As a result I returned to the store and placed an order which is due for delivery in early January.

Such a fantastic customer experience. Linda in the Stafford showroom was friendly, warm, helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us select a new bed for my teenage son. Lots of different options to choose from and we particularly loved you could see the beds and try the mattresses which I prefer than buying online.

Hi my name is jordan averill the guys who delivered my bed were really,really lovely very chatty really helpful really kind and very gentle and really helpful in bringing in the stuff chatted to us as they brought the stuff in gave my partner lovely comments about his Christmas decorating and his art work on the window the bed is amazing thankyou soooo much Brandon was lovely very kind very helpful

When we went in we already knew what we were looking for, Jack came over to us & was fab and made the process quick and easy to sort out. Also a funny guy who has been great with communication and accommodating our delivery schedule.

Excellent service, young man was helpful, attentive, listened and not pushy, very knowledgeable and a credit to you.

The young gentleman that I dealt with was polite, pleasant and informative. Despite being the only member of staff in the shop. Was in no way pushy, which is a delight these days. Horses and delivery information very useful. Let's hope the delivery and item purchase are the same value.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Poor quality over priced mattress with appalling/ no customer care or after service! Brought our Igel mattress just over 2 years ago with a 10 year guarantee following a recommendation in store from sales staff! We made a complaint to customer services about the item 8 weeks ago asking for a replacement or money back as the mattress looks more like 5/6 years old not 2 its clearly not fit for purpose or worth the £1500 we paid! Had we not followed manufacturer guidelines would hate to see what this mattress would be like now! We are still waiting for a reply from customer service after 8 weeks so currently taking citizen advice recommendation on taking this to small claims court under consumer rights act 2015 as the item is not fit for purpose and a failure to resolve or acknowledge our complaint under the guarantee! Will never use this company again and surprised they're still in business if this is how they treat customers with a genuine concern about an item they have sold!

The great experience this time was somewhat mared with the out of step deliveries with headboard not following for 3 weeks or so and alternative fitting arrangements have had to be made 3 weeks henceforth.

Very good customer service. LInda was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely helpful. She certainly went the extra mile.

So far my family have had a poor experience with Benson for beds. Unfortunately we've had a family illness and they really haven't shown empathy on the situation.

After having near £1800 from us they still refuse to refund the full deposit amount for another bed that was purchased but cancelled. The reason it was cancelled was due to the member of the family becoming ill.

Altho it has been asked, a manager still hasn't contacted the family member that originally purchased the bed to explain why she can't have a full refund back due to unforseen circumstances. They have off 10% back which is really poor considering the bed purchased was a display bed. Benson for bed, will not of loose money on the bed and can/will resell if they haven't done already.

I purchased a bed from Bensons approximately 10 years ago and was very pleased to deal with the same sales person I dealt with then as she was friendly and very helpful.

Freindly and professional advice given by Linda (Stafford branch) who helped us choose the right mattress for our needs. A very enjoyable experience.
