Hannah , the advisor who helped me , was so helpful without being pushy . She listened to what I wanted and navigated me through my choices .I came out of the shop having bought my mattress thinking what a pleasure the whole experience had been .

Excellent customer service from the Southsea store staff and the delivery drivers! When looking for a headboard, Nathan was helpful, informative and had a lovely manner. Went through our order/delivery details thoroughly. On receiving our headboard, the delivery drivers Malcolm and Jack were cheery and very polite and asked if we needed any help with our item. On opening the box, realised we had missing items. Phoned the shop in Southsea to explain items were missing and Hannah could not have been more helpful, went above and beyond for us. We popped into the shop to pick up what we needed and were greeted with a warm welcome from both Hannah and Louis. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this shop.

Bensons for beds provided me with an excellent service when buying a new mattress.
I ordered it online, and it was delivered without any problems, the delivery guys were prompt, polite and very helpful, and I was kept informed throughout the whole process.
The mattress was the wrong size, (my fault) but the company reordered the right size and will be swapping them over within a week or so.
I would definitely recommend Bensons for beds.

Hannah was extremely helpful with her advice and that certainly helped me make a decision on which bed to choose. The only disappointment was the length of the wait for the actual delivery - 12 weeks seems rather excessive.

A great bed shopping experience. Hannah gave lots of advice/information. I have purchased a high quality mattress with great storage in the a perfectly coloured base (lots of colours to choose from) and look forward to having it delivered!
