Lovely, personal service from Jess, in the Solihull store. She couldn't have been more friendly, welcoming or helpful, both on the phone and in store, in assisting me with measurements and choice of fabrics and colours, when I was selecting a headboard for my spare room.Much appreciated!

When I ordered our double bed divan. The sales person was nice and not pushy. However, we had to pay £39.00 delivery, when questioned about this I was told they don't keep the beds in store and the cost included installation as there was a five year guarantee.
However, I've returned home to find a dirty plastic wrapped bed!
I feel that I have been mis sold this item. Apparently it costs another £30 to build it. I'm very disappointed Bensons! I've called you and informed the shop.

The lady we spoke to was very nice and helpful.

We had been in before and mature lady helped us find exactly what we needed,we were waiting on a moving date so couldn't order them but came back and ordered.very happy with the choice we made .but very disappointed in the cost of the pillows after spending nearly £1400 on a mattress I would at least thought you'd get 2 pillows to go with it..

First purchase and was very impressed. Ordered a stunning ottoman bed and it was delivered in a couple of days to suit my schedule. Had a call from the delivery team in advance and they were extremely respectful of our home. I'd definitely purchase again.

Staff were absolutely lovely, not too pushy, but very helpful. My mother couldn’t manage the stairs so they took us in the lift. They helped me find exactly what I wanted.
