Very helpful, good customer service and advice given, extremely happy with purchase and would fully recommend - great deal as we were given 2 pillows which were thrown in free of charge worth £150!!!

Very helpful and efficient service. Delivery guys also went out of their way to take the new bed up to our loft room which was a very tight fit

Your man was very helpfull, taking time to explain all options. The name of the sales rep was Jamie. We arrived before store was due to open, but he was still pleased to serve us.

The bed and mattress are lovely. I bought the bed for my son and he says that the bed is comfortable and it looks nice in his room. Sadly our delivery experience was poor. The team arrived, didn’t take any time to ask my son where he wanted me bed. They then dumped everything on the floor, left the bed and mattress uninstalled still in their packaging and were in their lorry and gone before my son realised. He had to assemble the bed, wooden slatted, and we had to dispose of the packaging ourselves.

Delivery was on time and drivers really good

Helpful adviser without being pushy. Allowed us to view mattresses and made helpful suggestions. Because there was no hard sell it made us much more likely to buy.
The lighting in the store appeared harsh unfortunately.

Avoid at all costs. We were very happy with the sales service, and the lead time of 3 weeks. We got emails confirming the order and the date each week. The bed was due for delivery today. Only the mattress turned up, the bed apparently won't be ready until April! The sales person hung up on me mid complaint. Customer services told me this is a common occurrence with their distribution centre - apparently about 10% of deliveries are incomplete or just don't turn up. Not worth the gamble - full refund and going to a supplier that isn't rude to their customers and delivers the items that have been paid for in full!

I've ordered pretty much the same bed, at a fraction of the cost, from Better Bed Company. 3 day lead time, not a fictional 3 week lead time which is actually a 4 month wait!

This was my second visit and I was again served by Luke. Just as the first visit, excellent customer service.
