Really honest, knowledgeable and friendly but professional.

Helpfull staff, good selection of products and no pressure from staff to buy on the spot.

Helpful friendly staff in store, checked what we were looking for and offered appropriate advice on suitable mattresses. Ordering was easy and convenient delivery date arranged.

Gill answered all questions directly, clearly and with knowledge of the product in question. She was polite and patient which helped us to decide to place our order there and then over the phone.

The young lady who helped us was absolutely brilliant and a credit to the store . Her name is Keighley. She has a great knowledge and what she didnt know she made sure she found out for us. Great selection of beds and mattresses.

Good friendly service from the staff in store. Andy was informative and professional. No problems there. However delivery not so great,there were two delivery drivers, young lad was polite, older man however was rude, was not very careful going up the stairs nearly knocked my pictures off the wall. Wasn't happy when he realized I hadn't put my old mattress in to the recycling bag even though staff in store had assured me it was their job to do. Just a generally rude man. No clue about customer service or manners. He also had a go at the young lad which was an unprofessional thing to do in front of a customer
Mattress is great though. Fab quality.

Customer service average at best considering the price point and lack of ownership of the product supply chain.
Delivery was cancelled the night before it was due and not rescheduled in the timeframe stated, so pretty disappointed.

Gill, assistant store manager from the Redditch store is a credit to Bensons. After extremely shoddy on line service she arranged for my mattress to be delivered in 2 weeks rather than the 3 months quoted by an annoying text message and which could not be challenged, I almost cancelled the bed and mattress until Jill intervened, Absolute kudos to her and if I ever do business with Bensons it will be through her. She sorted it at my convenience which I am grateful for. Good old customer service. Thanks again Gill! Hope Bensons appreciate your dedication!

Staff at Redditch branch were very welcoming and knowledge of product was excellent. Andy who I think is manager explained differences and made choice of mattress very easy. Would recommend
