General experience was very good with respect to purchase and delivery:
Store assistance helped making a decision. Guidance on post purchase activity till delivery were provided with great detail.
Delivery was as per planned date and time slot. I requested a specific time slot by calling. There was an indication that the actual delivery time can depend on some factors. Finally delivery people arrived before time which I tried to avoid to not have a missed delivery reporting.
Luckily things went okay.

Very happy with the overall customer service from picking out the perfect mattress in store to getting it on my bed by the delivery team!

My entire journey with Bensons for Beds has been truly incredible. Right from the time my husband and I entered the store at Forbury Gardens and were served by the Sales Representative --- Arif; all the way till the bed and mattress were delivered by Gary Jones and his associate --- the entire journey was remarkable. Everyone from the team were incredibly friendly, kind, respectful and absolutely wonderful. I'll definitely be coming back to Bensons to buy the second bed and mattress for the guestroom in our house and will absolutely be recommending Bensons to everyone I know in the UK. The huge choice at Benson for Beds looked overwhelming at first sight and my wife and I required a lot of help to define our needs and purchase the correct mattress for us. Shayne patiently explained all of the areas to consider and we thanked him for his help which was most appreciated.

The service from point of purchase uo to delivery and assembly has been superb. The staff we've dealt with have all been professional and polite. The guys who delivered werensuperb, carefully bringing the bed in, assembling it super quickly, checking I was happy with it abd understoid how to care for the product and apart from the new bed being there you wouldn't know they'd veen in as they tidued up after themselves

The whole process went smoothly from selecting the correct mattress to the customer service.

First of all had a good deal, mattress delivered on time. Service was good in the shop with warm welcome,hastle free and delivery staff were good and kept me informed. So far so good,enjoyig the purchase.

We’re really happy with the beds — they look great, feel very sturdy, and seem really well made. The mattress is super comfortable as well. Delivery was amazing too, everything arrived carefully and the team were professional and helpful throughout. Great experience overall.

The sales rep Arif wasn’t the slightest bit pushy, like some are, very helpful in helping us decide which mattress to go for and even managed to change the delivery date for us.

Ishry was very helpful and showed us around. Explained everything to us. We were interested in a particular bed, but after seeing it and didn't like it, he took us and showed us other beds. As we were about to leave, he showed us another bed which we had not even thought of looking at. At the end of the day, we liked this bed and walked out happy customers after purchasing the whole set. Thank you Ishry.

I was impressed by the professionalism of the salesman, he did not pressure me into buying any extra materials, accessories or insurences.

He allowed me to take my time when deciding to buy the Tempur Pro mattress and pillows.
He answred all questions to the best of his knowlage and when he has not sure a colleague helped with the correct answre

The devivery service was excellant. I had e:mails, followed by a call to let me know my time slot and delevery date.
Delerery men brought mattress and pillows up and removed my old matress with no issue.

The mattress is lovely and confitable to sleep in. it took time to get used to as my old matress was a springed one, this is firmer and is a memory foam bed. I still insist on putting a sheet to protect the white matress protective sleeve, however this is personal prevrence.

The pillows and extra thick, which is ideal as for the first time in years i am able to sit up bed comfirtably. This pillows are suprisingly comfitable to sleep on and are not hard or to bulky under my head.
