Excellent, efficient and knowledgeable service from James at Raleigh Weir.
We only required a mattress for a spare bed however the attention and knowledge we received was very pleasing.

Helpful, informative staff in shop. Received updates on progression of my order then also with delivery day and time including call from delivery men with time of their arrival. Delivery men, Mark and Alan, even took away my old metal bedhead although I had forgotten to ask about this in the shop..very nice of them.

From start to finish our experience was excellent, which we find hard to come by these days!! Choosing a bed was a hard task because you want to get it right. You certainly get what you pay for with Bensons. We were served by the very knowledgeable Jay at the Rayleigh branch and he really knew his stuff and was not pushy in any way, which we liked. He showed us all of our options then left us to decide.
The Delivery was also excellent. The two chaps, sorry didn't get your names, were professional, took great care and time to give us information on caring for the product. Would recommend the Rayleigh branch.

The initial contact with customer service was excellent. We were provided with all the information we needed and were happy to wait for the arrival of our bed.

We paid a delivery charge of £69, which we were told included delivery as well as the delivery team taking photographs of the bed upon arrival in case any issues arose.

When the delivery day arrived, the team simply deposited the bed and left. There was no unwrapping of the item and no photographs were taken. When I explained what we had been told, the response was that if we experienced any issues, we should contact the store.

Given the cost of the delivery service, we felt this fell short of the high standard of customer service we had initially received. While the ordering process was excellent, the delivery experience was disappointing and did not match the expectations that had been set.

Plenty of choice in store and the assistant was very helpful.

The gentleman I dealt with at the Rayleigh store, Jaymin, was really helpful - not pushy in any way, and was very knowledgeable. He let me take my time and answered any query I had.

The men who delivered the bed were very polite and did a good job.

From ordering wardrobes until being fitted,a very good service. The guys that assembled the wardrobes were very good. No mess at all. Took all cardboard away. Completed the job so very quickly.

In store advice and services, delivery and assembly all extremely professional.

Good service comfortable bed

We were allowed to get on and look around From time to time Vicky the sales person would chat with us about our thoughts on those which we had tried and made recommendations for us to consider. There was no pressure but lots of helpful advice.

The representative at the shop both ladies there where very helpful unfortunately can't remember the lady that dealt with me but very knowledgeable and understanding .

Friendly helpful delivery staff and excellent communication

Vikki was happy to spend the time with us on several visits discussing our requirements and options, checking that we could get both the bed base and matress in through the tight gap into the room. Was totally respect of our needs and wishes. Far more helpful and constructive than staff from any of your competitors. And helped us get best value for our money. Nobody could have been anymore helpful than Vikki was, she is a real credit to you business.

We were looking for a replacement for our Sealy mattress which has been really comfortable for many years.
Bensons had by far the most choice of Sealy beds to choose from. Vicky was very helpful and knowledgeable and made choosing the perfect mattress very easy . We would have no hesitation in recommending this store .

Jay was amazing so knowledgeable. Happy with the customer service best out of all the shops I visited. Excited to get my new mattress and accessories. Would recommend Jay to my friends exceptional man .
