Tyler from the Didcot store was very helpful and showed us a variety of different beds. He was very patient and efficient. The store had a good selection of beds , and bedside tables, and we were able to choose the colour and type of material we wanted.

Customer service is appalling. Just taken delivery of mattress and ottoman base and headboard, after paying in full 6 weeks ago. Was not informed during buying process we had to assemble it ourselves. At a cost of just under1K you would expect it to arrive assembled or be assembled on site. We phoned Bensons at Didcot and the manager took no interest and claimed he couldn't do a refund either. Customer services have told us there is a 20% cancellation charge. ie they want to take close to £200 for returning the base. This company have no interest in maintaining client satisfaction. I should have stuck to my instinct and bought from John Lewis

Knowledgeable, patient and friendly staff member who took the time to subtly guide me in how to make my choice without imposing his or the company's views. He was exactly what is needed. If only all sales people were as good as him. Not pushy but very supportive

Really friendly and knowledgeable sales assistant. She answered all of our questions, listened to what we wanted and made really good recommendations in a very professional manner- without being overly ‘salesperson’.

Based on this, we went with a more premium product and are very pleased with our decision. I would strongly recommend.

We purchased a bed in the Store we paid a deposit and financed the balance we left store with the impression that the finance was all ok thought nothing else of it until a week before delivery we were told that there was a balance to pay the finance had been cancelled never received the finance documents so was cancelled reapplied but was refused due to having not met certain criteria we only financed as we did not want to spend out all of our savings at once we could not cancel the order as we would lose £692.00 pounds, how can you leave a store without payment being secured!!!!! we were also told that there was a 40 night guarantee and if we didn't like the mattress we could exchange it for the cheaper one we had also had a quote on and get a refund THIS IS NOT TRUE WE WOULD GET NOTHING BACK check the small print and DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THAT YOU HEAR will never buy from Bensons for Beds ever again and definitely do not recommend extremely upset and annoyed

We where looking to replace our bed of 12 years wonting the same he was very knowledgeable as the bed was no longer made he showed us the equivalent nothing was to much trouble showing us the difference between different types of mattresses we where very pleased with the service Tyler made and would highly recommend him

We received a thorough evaluation of our needs and a proposal without being pushy.

Benson for beds had a good range with helpful staff to assist in the right purchase for us.

The salesperson (Tylor) was very helpful, committed, he spent a great deal of time guiding us to reach the final decision about the product. He even spared some time to listen and reply to all the questions of our 6 yo boy
