Ordered a mattress in the Orpington store, to be delivered to an address near Glasgow. Also booked the removal of an old bed. Orpington store service was first rate. Delivery guys slid the old bed along our hall instead of lifting it and caused damage to our brand new wooden floor. To be fair, they did not try to deny it and we were contacted later the same day to figure out how to proceed.

Our sleep expert John went above and beyond to make our experience so amazing so much so we bought a mattress and pillow, John was so lovely and friendly and we never felt pushed into buying anything which was lovely compared to a previous shop we had gone too

I didn't feel overwhelmed. The lady that served us was amazing she didn't show us beds that we couldn't afford we told her our budget we went a little bit over but not pressured into it

We arrived at the shop and was browsing the mattresses and a very helpful assistant called John came and explained everything about the function of different mattresses.

We made purchases before Christmas and went to make another couple of purchases. The lady who dealt with us before remembered us and both she and the manager had time to sort our new order and chat with us in a welcoming and friendly engagement.

Met by Kehkashan as we entered the store and she listened to our needs attentively. In accordance with the test bed and price range there was a good range of mattresses to choose from with our budget. She gave us plenty of time and the necessary attention inbetween trying the different mattresses without being pushy. We came to our decision and placed our order with some extras required. We hope we have made the right choice and eagerly await our delivery. Great service received from start ro finish so a big thank you to Kehkashan.

Really friendly greeting, John was very polite and informative. However he still respected our space and allowed us to go and think and come back to him when we were ready. We ended up buying 3 beds that day

Went in four stores for beds and this was the far busier shop, no matter the staff were excellent dealing with all the customers. When we went in Kash approached us and gave us all the information we needed, then left us to browse. She did keep checking up on us without any pestering. When we couldn't make our mind up on colours she helped us no end. Just what we needed. Purchase made easy.

Nick the salesman approached us asking if we needed any help..
He was courteous and informative.
He helped us with regard to very specific information about each of the products which was extremely useful.. and whilst we didn’t have a defined budget he was able to guide us in making choices that met our needs and then talked through the reasons he was suggesting the item/items.
We never felt railroaded or coerced at any point and at each step he took the time to explain the differences between the products without overselling.
His manner was friendly without being obsequious and this I personally appreciated very much.
We finally made our selections at which point Nick went through our choices and at each step he explained again the cost …the pros and cons.. and offered an alternative for us to consider just because we as customers were a little overwhelmed and could have forgotten some of the more salient points of each item. These alternatives were carefully picked out and offered to us just to make sure we had had the opportunity to view everything.
Nick was very knowledgeable about the products and whilst we could have researched the items ourselves on line he made the visit so much easier.
