Benson were very good
Benson were very good. I was nervous going into the shop. The man put my mind at rest. I got discount 25%. The sale was on. They reminded me when the delivery date was and gave me a two hour window when it would arrive. They came on time , put the bed together and took the rubbish away. Would recommend.

Unreliable
Around 20th September I bought a bed to be delivered 20th of October. The delivery date was already changed to 6th November, 20th November, 6th December, 10th December and today it is changed to 7th January. Looks as a bad joke taking into account that I needed the bed urgently already in September. The people working in Northampton shop just don’t care or at least they are are not helpful. They can’t offer any solution. I am very disappointed.

Simon, the salesperson in the Northampton branch couldn't have been more helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the specifications of beds and mattresses which made our decision making that much more easier.
