I express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service my family received during our two recent bed deliveries on 6th August and 28th August.
​Both deliveries were handled by Paul and Ian, and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism. They called well in advance, arrived precisely within the stipulated timeframe, and carried out the deliveries with efficiency and care.
​What stood out most was their wonderful attitude. Paul and Ian were consistently courteous, professional, and genuinely caring, bringing a warm smile to both visits. They didn't just deliver a product but went above and beyond to transform a routine delivery into a masterclass in customer care and service. It was easy to get the bed, arrange delivery and they put it upstairs. Bed was easy to install and is a good quality.

I was advised on the options for a mattress based on my preferences. I lay on the mattresses to test their comfort. There was no pressure to choose. I was given detailed information on the different mattresses - how they are constructed, how supportive they are, how to care for them, etc. I was given plenty of time to assess the mattresses and am confident in my choice.

The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. I tried about 3 different mattresses and chose the one I felt was right for me. The delivery was right on time and the people who delivered my new mattress were very efficient and did it in just a few minutes.
