Very disappointed with our experience…
Very disappointed with our experience at Bensons for Beds Leicester. We were never informed that the king-size TV ottoman bed had significantly larger overall dimensions than a standard king-size bed, despite the emphasis on checking whether a bed will fit.
When we returned after discovering it wouldn’t fit our room, Assistant Manager Ash showed no empathy, offered no apology, and seemed uninterested in helping. While I understand clearance items have specific policies, the lack of customer care was unacceptable.
Based on our experience, we won’t be returning and would not recommend the Leicester store.

Everything from start to finish was exceptional.
Lovely customer service from the lady who served us.
Amazing mattress which was delivered with a smile by three great gentleman.
And yes … thankfully the mattress continues to feel just as it did in the shop and continues to feel amazing every time we get in to bed!
It’s not something you purchase regularly of course but delighted with the overall experience and product for sure!
