Lena (staff member) was excellent! She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She guided us through our options and helped us choose the best mattress for our needs. There was a brilliant offer of 25% off plus 6% off with a Blue Light Card so it was great value for money too.

Staff were welcoming without being pushy. Asked what we were looking for and listened to our needs, then showed us exactly what we were thinking of..... the staff member (Craig) explained everything and answered any questions we had. The beds we were thinking about only came with specific mattresses so he asked if we'd like to try the sleeppro (body mapping sleep assessment) sk glad we did as it showed us what mattresses were best for our needs. Once again Craig showed us each mattresses (some more expensive than others) but again wasn't pushy and answered our questions. We eventually decided one the first choice mattresses (iGel firm mattress) we then chose a base, headboard + pillows and best of all spent less than we expected. Delivery was within two weeks......Excellent customer service from the staff and Delivery team.

The lady who sold me the mattress was very friendly and professional. She made me feel relaxed and there was no pressure to buy. which I appreciated.

There was a great selection of products. The member of staff was knowledgeable and offered help and advice but didn't pressure us. We had time to try as many mattresses as we wanted to.

Ordering in-store was quick and easy and assistant was friendly although my mattress protector was delivered a week later by post

Sales person was very good. Showed us all the products and made recommendations based on the Smart Bed results. She explained the options available and processed our order quickly and efficiently.

A pleasant experience

We had a really positive experience with Sonya at that Birstall branch. She helped us find the right bed and mattress combination for our new loft conversion.

Delivery was also very straightforward and they assembled everything really quickly. We're very pleased with the end result.

Very efficient and friendly. Staff were friendly in store and extremely helpful. Delivered when it should have been. Only issue I have is that when they have delivered, they have left a mark on my wall at the top of the stairs. Although there was 2 of them, they carried everything on their own. I feel the mark could have been avoided if they did it together.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Worse company and customer service ever dealt with. They will scam you and lie. They don’t care about you just take your money! I got a damaged, torn with holes, stains and marks all over my mattress and all they offered was a £80 refund or spend £2,000 more for new one to be sent! When I already paid for new one!! So many better companies and better value ones that offer exact same products without the scam! They should not be allowed to trade still! They have cheek to blame delivery company . Just passed blame when the mattress was in sealed packaging and all the damage was under protective packaging!!

Great sales experience in the Birstall showroom with a brilliant lady who didn't overwhelm with information, was super efficient and deserves a salesperson of the year medal quite frankly! A delight to work with and order from, nothing too much trouble.

The delivery was on time and I was kept updated on arrival time. Very professional delivery men.
