Gill helped me pick the perfect mattress and pillows she went through everything with me step by step I tried different mattresses firmness price ranges same with pillows I tried many different types of pillows and she made it easy to choose the best mattress and pillows for me to get the best sleep possible

We had a great experience buying a new mattress, Gill was so helpful, informative and knowledgeable about what mattress would be right for us as my husband has back condition. Gill made a daunting job nice and easy.

Great customer services. Liv the sales assistant was very knowledgable about all the products in store and available options in relation to different styles and designs. The service was informative and relaxed, which helped us to choose the right product for our needs

We went to Benson for Beds just to look at mattresses and didn’t expect to buy anything that day. After giving us time to browse, Liv came over and was really polite, patient, and helpful while we tested a few beds. She explained all the offers clearly and helped us find something within our budget with no pressure at all. We ended up finding the perfect ottoman bed in the showroom and left with a whole set sorted by Liv. The delivery took 6 weeks, but it was definitely worth the wait. The delivery drivers were also great and very polite.

Overall, we’re really happy with our purchase and are sleeping much better now! Thank you Liv and team.

Initially dealt with Jane, then Gill. Both extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable...no hard sell, very calm, none pressured exchange, answered all my questions, encouraged me to try several mattresses, even some that I hadn't really considered before. Allowed us time to wander & discuss in private, gave excellent advice throughout the 2 visits & a phone call.
