We had 2 great sales people, we were able to try and many beds as we wanted without people hovering and when they did come over they were extremely helpful

We were served ASAP by Gabriel who was extremely pleasant and helpful. I wasn't the easiest of customers because I was determined I knew what I wanted....but I didn't and he advised me patiently and with explanations about the developments in mattresses to ensure I was happy about my eventual purchase.

Excellent service
Staff members very helpful in-store and on delivery, no hard sell, no messing about. Whole experience from purchase to delivery was easy and kept informed along the way. Delivery made at time stated, so no hanging about all day waiting.

No refund for cheaper mattress
The rep did not tell us that the mattress in the showroom would be softer than the new one, as it had been used. This meant that the gel mattress I ordered was far too hard and I had to arrange for a different one. The problem is that although the new mattress was £400 cheaper we were not given a refund for the difference.

Cosy beds.
The shop we visited had a great selection of beds, Caroline the sales lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and polite she answered all our questions. After looking around we were able to go away and think things over with no pressure to purchase.

Everything was mostly great.
Everything was great.
Except the sales lady recommended I assembly the bed myself, to save a few pounds.
I spent over £3500 just to save a few pound to assemble the bed myself.
It wasn't as easy as the sales lady made it sound. The bed is heavy.

Excellent service from staff at Kirkcaldy branch and very informative on all products in store, cant thank the sales person enough for being so helpful without being pressured for a sale.
I did purchase and delighted with the price and payment options, couldn't be beaten on price.
You have to visit and try out the smart bed where they can change the settings to suit your body weight and view what suits the best.

Kirkcaldy store
Gabriel, the store manager greeted us when we first arrived and looked after us so well. Gabriel was so knowledgeable and his customer service was outstanding. He took his time in allowing us trying different mattresses and explained them all in great detail. He really made, what we thought may be a stressful experience, so enjoyable and easy! Can’t thank him enough for his support
