His knowledge and helpful approach gave us complete confidence in our decision, and he was ultimately the reason we chose to purchase our new bed from Benson for Beds.

Very good service from start to finish
Very good service from start to finish. Good sales team at Kidderminster. I was given good advice, as I have a lower back issue, and I didn't feel pressured into buying. I was told well in advance, my delivery slot, then I had a phone call day before with a 2 hour slot, then I was rang with 3o mins before delivery. The 2 chaps delivering were extremely polite

the delivery drivers left the head board in the hall way never ask my wife if she would like it in the bedroom to fit the new Benson bed we purchased a few months ago
