I was made to feel welcome and relaxed as soon as I walked in. Very Friendly staff and helped all the way through my visit and purchase great service. Really took the time to make sure I was happy. Mark was so great.

The store had a good range of beds with a range of prices to choose from.

From start to finish and every member of staff where friendly and helpful. Had some amazing laugh with too. Sales team at Huddersfield brilliant Ryan was fab and really helped with the important advice and supportive as I needed the right mattress for my medical condition. Also got help to bring delivery date forward when the the work on my room completed earlier than expected. Now on to the delivery guys barry and his side kick forgive me forgpt there names I have slept since then (finally). Oh how great st the bed took away the rubbish banter was funny. They where very professional calling first giving me a a time frame for delivery. Big thank to Benson

Good customer service, not pushy

Bed and mattress all great, order and delivery not at all great. I selected assembly on my order but for some reason it wouldn't go on , I tried multiple times and thought I had been successful, but when deliver man came he said it hadn't been selected. He was extremely rude about having to deliver to my apartment even though I had stated the day before the lift was broken and there were 36 steps. I know this isn't ideal, but there was no need to be rude and complain about it to me, there is nothing I could do. No over shoe covers were worn either and I have cream carpets. The customer service wasn't there at all and I will now only buy from small local business as they understand the customer journey and in my experience are far more helpful

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff my son has autism and visual impairment and the assistant was very helpful to this and gave him and me space and time to make a decision

The purchase of the bed was great and the staff in store very helpful. Unfortunately from there went very much down hill. We are currently awaiting our third delivery of the headboard for the bed as the previous two have been delivered very damaged. This is of no fault of the delivery drivers, it appears to be a problem from the source. However it is worth investigating as we will not be ordering from Bensons again due to this.

My Atmos tv bed was delivered on 3rd Aug. I paid for the installation service but the guys were unable to complete the process. A week later I had a technician from the manufacturer who sorted the problem out and said that it hadn't been assembled correctly. So after a tricky start and a worrying week meaning I couldn't use the bed, not knowing if it would need replacing, I finally had a working tv bed. After all that I can now say I love my new bed. Maybe the assembly process needs a bit of attention to ensure things go better for customers and a bit better communication to tell customers what happens next when things go wrong. Having said all that I have found Bensons good to deal with and they have resolved things fairly quickly. I also think they have responded to criticism very positively. I would use them again and would recommend them to others. At the end of the process I now have a fab bed that I love. Thanks Bensons.

Ryan was amazing he really helped us out and answered all of our questions. He was really friendly, approachable and made our experience really positive. I would recommend Bensons because of Ryan.

Nigel was great. I know very little about beds- just if they are comfortable or not. He explained about the features of the mattress so that knew what I was paying for. There were several things that I wanted and he told me that they were already incorporated within the mattress structure so he ensured that I got the best without purchasing anything not needed. He also explained the financial offerings including interest free repayments. I elected to pay cash as I don’t like credit if I can avoid it. Anyway this is the 2nd time that I have used Bensons in the last 10 months. I was kept updated as to the progress of my order.
I will use them again if I need to.

Great service from showroom to delivery, was some damage to one of the bases but was easily rectified and new base expected in the next couple of weeks

Communication was good and I was given plenty of updates. The delivery team worked quickly and were very polite, it was well worth the cost of assembly. The quality of the bed is good, it is well built and very solid.
Will be ordering again.

Headboard was left wobbling so badly it would have snapped, it was missing metal slats that secure it. They fitted it knowing this and when I caught them
Before they dashed off they just shrugged and said they did the best they could as they were missing from the fitting pack. Terrible manner and the banging they made and hitting walls I’m surprised they haven’t damaged anything.
The customer service man rude, not our problem etc. now have to wait up to three weeks for a headboard with no back support for a disabled person.
If you want a mobility bed that is fitted with people who care go elsewhere. Thousands of pounds for the worst customer service attitude I’ve experienced regarding mobility equipment to date.
