Always shop here and always look for Paul the salesman. No pushy selling and time to choose and this is why we shop here and good value.

Walked in to the shop and immediately liked the bed frame … asked the shop assistant to explain few things ( ottoman mechanics, what is the weight of the fame, which matters would be good etc) … he was not interested at all. Tried to find a mattress & again no assistance or any interest of the staff who were busy playing on their iPhones… shocking, I walked out … they couldn’t care less but since I really liked that bed I did get back . There was no help each question was like watching paint drying… they had something important on their iPhones …they were interested for me to pay for the delivery and acecmbley of the bed ..they wanted in cash … £275 on delivery but if I pay at the shop it’ll be £250 ! I’m baffled how this shop even exists with minus customer service ! Very disappointed by the whole experience, not sure if the trade standard or customer care was apply to this transaction!

Jagvir never came across as trying to sell but, more personable and interested to go above and beyond. We ended up making the decision the next day and even buying more than what we originally planned.

Great customer service from Visaal - he was genuinely interested in finding out what we needed and how Benson's might find the best product and price combination. (Very different experience to the one had at their competitor opposite who could learn much from Visaal about how to raise their game).
