Excellent Customer Service in Store
We had been putting off buying new bed. The choice of beds now available since we bought our old bed is mind boggling. We decided to keep it local and visit the Hastings store. We were fortunate enough to have been served by Dayne, who was knowledgeable, honest and professional. He took time to listen to our preferences and suggest options available. We left the store having chosen our new bed, but wanted time to ‘sleep’ on it. Dayne e mailed me our quote and I said we would be back in a few days to order it. We ended up ordering our new bed online as there was a flash sale on. I would have no hesitation recommending the Hastings store to family and friends.

We were in the shop for over an hour
We were in the shop for over an hour. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Coffee was supplied and the manager was very good at explaining the mattresses and best ones for both myself and my daughter. I also have to say these weren't the dearest in the shop. All the staff were amazing. I would have given 10 starts if I could.

Helpful sales man
Helpful sales man. A good range of beds to choose from. My only complaint would be the bed I wanted and paid for has a delivery time of 12 to 14 weeks. I am prepared to wait as this bed is my favourite choice however, a quicker delivery would have been so much better for my family.

Easy choice of mattress
Came to the St Leonards store and chose a mattress & pillows. Fay was professional & helpful with helping sort things out. We were notified every step of the way, delivery on time. Even used my Blue Light card for a discount! Absolutely fabulous!
