Aftercare is appaling. Delivered a new mattress which is faulty. Have to wait 3 weeks dor a technician to assess it leaving me without a bed to sleep on. Just send a replacement.

Andrew and Brian were very kind, polite, and professional. They carried the bed up to the second floor without any issues. The delivery service was excellent, and the bed is of very good quality. I am very happy with both the product and the service. Highly recommended!

Great experience at Harlow Benson for Beds from the knowledgable and helpful manager, Ben. To the delivery where I was kept informed all along, I could pick a day for the mattress to be delivered and on the day the drivers were helpful and courteous.
I would go back to the store for other purchases.

Great from start to finish. Good shopping experience with very helpful service. Super straight forward to organise delivery and always kept informed plus even the delivery guys were first class! Bed itself is our first one in 30 years so we are in awe of the style and comfort. Putting it together was fine but so many boxes so in hindsight would probably of paid for installation just to get rid of the boxes. All round great experience though.

I am loving my new mattress. I initially had bought an extra firm mattress but after a few good night’s sleep, I found my hips began to ache. I eventually exchanged it for this firm mattress and have had five perfectly comfortable night’s sleep so far. The exchange service was smooth and hassle free. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.
This is the right mattress for me, no aches or pains on waking. I also like the depth of this mattress. Sleeping so comfortably on such a height gives the feeling of sleeping on a cloud.

The man that helped us in the store was very very helpful, he was a calming experience in a very confusing pick of so many beds . The delivery staff were polite and friendly.

First class service. Knowledgable in-store adviser. Very helpful literature i.r.o. measuring to see if the furniture will fit. Delivery was on time as scheduled and I was kept informed throughout the process. The delivery/installation guys were courteous, professional and very helpful.
