Bensons For Beds - Gateshead150 Omdömen

Great customer service, very helpful sales staff and not “pushy” saved us from making a big mistake which was proved they were correct, in total we’ve purchased 3 beds from bensons in the space of a month, credit to the team at Gateshead

I visited Benson for beds the staff were excellent very helpful and knowledgeable didn't hasse you let you browse the store at your leisure then they were on hand when required I would definitely recommend

Checked out the beds in Gateshead store . Then bought a tv bed and eve mattress. Having the best night's sleep and entertainment through the tv bed.its just to good to go to sleep after connecting xbox to it

The friendly way the staff delt with the customers. Their knowledge, and the ease they worked. The quality of the beds and the variation and price.

We felt a bit overwhelmed when we went into the store, the bed specialist came over to quickly for my liking as we hadn’t had chance to look around. But I have to say he turned it around and gave us lots of information about what would be right for us, and to be honest he was a very informative person and helped us to get to a decision on which bed we needed to buy.

A great .ember of staff and very helpful

Assistant (Jennifer?) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of products.

Excellent customer service Staff very knowledgeable and helpful

Down to earth people made me feel at ease giving good choices, information and recite well presented

From the moment we entered the shop, we got treated great, and with a clear skill, while the lady who assisted us constantly took our requirements into account. We bought before in this shop, and we will buy again.

fantastic instore experience by stuart (the manager) couldnt of been more helpful or accommodating will definitely buy from them again!!

Angela was very knowledgeable about the products and listened carefully to our requirements. She explained the features of each product really well and gave us lots of options to consider before making our choice. Angela was friendly and cheerful and it was a good purchasing experience.

Brilliant service from Paul at the metrocentre and his colleague Neil. We bought two mattress for teenage daughters and both Paul and Neil were super helpful and knew a tonne of information on the mattresses. We weren't pushed into buying more expensive mattress for the sake of it. Hopefully the delivery and longevity of the mattress will further support Benson for beds service. Which so far as been fantastic.

Very helpfull and friendly staff.

Very helpful and friendly

Great service, Stuart and Karen went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

Really helpful sales team who spent time talking us through the various options for a bed frame and mattress and provided reassurance around delaying deliveries if there was an issue with ur house purchase.

The man in store had alot of knowledge and we went through lots of pillows trying to find the right one after a disappointing previous purchase at another store.
